Container House Cleaning Process Diagram

Admin September 17, 2026

The cleaning of container houses can refer to the general house cleaning process, as detailed below:

I. Preliminary Preparation

  1. Plan Development: Clearly define the cleaning areas (such as various functional zones within the container: bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, etc.), plan the cleaning schedule, and assign personnel tasks.
  2. Tool and Material Preparation: Select tools based on the characteristics of each area, such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, cloths, soft-bristled brushes, etc. Cleaning agents should be distinguished by purpose, such as neutral degreasers for kitchen grease, acidic cleaners for bathroom tiles, specialized glass cleaners, and wooden or metal care agents for furniture surfaces.
  3. Safety Precautions: Wear gloves and masks, ensure good ventilation, and avoid contact of cleaning agents with the skin or inhalation of harmful gases.

II. Comprehensive Cleaning

  1. Living Room and Bedroom:

    • High-Area Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush or vacuum cleaner to clean ceiling corners, chandeliers, and wall dust, avoiding direct wiping that may damage lighting fixtures.
    • Furniture Surfaces: Choose cleaning methods based on material; dry-wipe wooden furniture and apply care oil afterward, and use neutral cleaners to remove stains from metal furniture.
    • Floor Treatment: Deep-clean carpets or mats with a vacuum cleaner, and clean hard floors (such as wooden floors, tiles) by zone according to material, avoiding mixed use of cleaning agents.
    • Hidden Areas: Clear dust from under beds, inside and outside wardrobes, and window sill gaps; regularly remove and wash curtains or replace curtain sets.
  2. Kitchen:

    • Surface Cleaning: Wipe countertops, stoves, sinks, range hood exteriors, refrigerator door frames, etc., focusing on removing grease and water stains from countertop grooves.
    • Equipment Interiors: Regularly clean the interiors of refrigerators and microwave ovens to prevent bacterial growth from food residues.
    • Floor Treatment: Clean with a mild cleaner, keep dry to prevent slipping, and sort and dispose of garbage promptly.
  3. Bathroom:

    • Key Areas: Clean the interior and surrounding areas of the toilet, sink, mirror, and shower zone; use a toothbrush dipped in acidic cleaner to scrub stains from tile grout.
    • Moisture Prevention: Keep the floor as dry as possible, use an anti-fog cloth or specialized glass cleaner for mirrors to avoid water stain residue.

III. Deep Cleaning

  1. Window Cleaning: Wipe both the inside and outside of windows with a glass cleaner to remove water marks and stains, ensuring light transmittance.
  2. Floor Care: Wax or polish hard floors to enhance wear resistance; send carpets to a professional agency for cleaning.
  3. Furniture and Equipment: Care for leather sofas and wooden tables and chairs, and check electrical wiring for aging.
  4. Deodorization and Shaping: Use activated carbon or air fresheners to remove odors and keep indoor air fresh.

IV. Inspection and Maintenance

  1. Effect Evaluation: Check the cleanliness of each area to ensure no omissions or residual stains.
  2. Tool Maintenance: Clean and dry cleaning tools, and store them in a dry and ventilated place to extend their service life.
  3. Regular Planning: Develop a cleaning schedule based on usage frequency (such as daily simple sweeping, weekly comprehensive cleaning, and monthly deep maintenance).

During the cleaning process, follow the principle of 'top to bottom, inside to outside, dry before wet' to avoid cross-contamination and ensure the long-term cleanliness and functionality of the container house.
