Explanation of Container House Circuit Diagram
Admin September 17, 2026
The design of the circuit diagram for container houses should focus on the core principles of the power distribution system and incorporate modular and safe layouts tailored to different scenarios. The key points are as follows:

I. Core Principles of the Power Distribution System
- Incoming Power Supply and Main Distribution Box
Container houses typically use a single-phase 220V/50Hz power supply (three-phase 380V may be used for large or special scenarios). External mains power is connected through a main distribution box (such as the PZ30 series). The main distribution box must be equipped with a main switch (circuit breaker), a residual current device (RCD, with a rated operating current ≤30mA), and branch switches to ensure overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection functions. - Branch Design and Power Allocation
The circuit is divided into lighting circuits, socket circuits, and air conditioning/high-power equipment circuits based on function, with each circuit having an independent circuit breaker. For example, a 10A circuit breaker can be used for lighting circuits, a 16A circuit breaker for socket circuits, and a 20-32A circuit breaker for air conditioning circuits. Power calculations should reserve 20%-30% margin to handle equipment startup surges. - Grounding System
Metal-encased containers must be reliably grounded, with a grounding resistance of less than 4 ohms. Galvanized angle steel or copper rods should be buried near the container foundation as grounding electrodes, and yellow-green bicolored wires (with a cross-sectional area ≥6mm²) should be used to connect the container's steel structure and all metal-encased electrical appliances to prevent electric shock risks.
II. Key Elements of Circuit Design for Different Scenarios
- Construction Site Temporary Accommodation/Office Scenarios
Focusing on rapid construction and mobility, the circuit uses embedded conduits + quick-connect interfaces. The total power is approximately 5-10kW, with emphasis on LED lighting (low power consumption, long lifespan), 4-6 five-hole sockets, and 16A three-hole air conditioning sockets. The wiring route should avoid main load-bearing structures to prevent damage during disassembly and assembly. - Scenic Area Homestay/Commercial Scenarios
It needs to meet the power demands of bathrooms (exhaust fans, water heaters, bath heaters), kitchens (range hoods, induction cookers), air conditioning, and smart devices (door locks, curtains), with a total power of up to 15-20kW. A 40A or 63A high-power circuit breaker should be configured, and an independent waterproof electrical control box should be installed at the bottom of the container. The bathroom area should use waterproof sockets and moisture-proof wiring to ensure safety. - Exhibition/Showroom Scenarios
Focusing on display effects, a large number of power outlets need to be reserved to support spotlights, light strips, LED displays, and multimedia equipment. The circuit design should balance flexibility and stability, such as using movable socket panels or hidden wire troughs to avoid affecting exhibit layout.
