Container House Bottom Fixation

Admin September 15, 2026

There are various methods for fixing the bottom of container houses, with common approaches including using support brackets and positioning blocks, fixed and movable plates, concrete piers, steel frame reinforcement, and damping shock absorbers to achieve stable fixation.

I. Support Bracket and Positioning Block Structure
In the patented technology of Beijing Xinhongyuan Intelligent Technology, support brackets are fixed at the bottom of the container with slots opened, and positioning blocks are set at the top. Through the insertion of the slots and positioning blocks, two groups of containers can be laterally positioned to prevent displacement during transportation. This structure is not only suitable for fixing single-layer containers but can also achieve stable vertical connections through multi-layer stacking.

II. Combination of Fixed and Movable Plates
Both fixed and sliding movable plates are installed at the bottom of the container. The movable plate is threaded with bolts on its inner wall. After manually adjusting the movable plate to fit the width of the forklift's forks, it is fixed with bolts. This design, combined with the fixed plate, provides double protection, ensuring the stability of the container on the forklift, especially suitable for scenarios requiring frequent transportation.

III. Concrete Pier Reinforcement
For container houses used outdoors for a long time, concrete piers can be poured at the bottom. Concrete piers provide a stable supporting foundation, and when combined with steel frame reinforcement at the corners, they can significantly enhance wind and earthquake resistance. For example, a mobile sentry box from a manufacturer in Guangzhou adopted this solution, and two workers could complete the installation in half a day without the need for large machinery.

IV. Steel Frame and Damping Shock Absorber
In the bottom supporting structure of prefabricated container houses with earthquake resistance, the house body is connected to the supporting frame through damping shock absorbers. Inside the supporting frame, worm gears, worm wheels, and threaded rods are set to adjust the position of the first movable plate. This design reduces the transmission of ground vibrations to the house body, and the collapsible structure of the supporting frame facilitates portability and relocation.

V. Bottom Beam and Corner Connection
When assembling a modular container house, the bottom corners of the container need to be connected to the bottom beams and fixed with hexagon socket bolts, but not tightened immediately. After adjusting to ensure that the difference in the diagonals of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, the bolts are then tightened. This precise installation method ensures the structural stability of the bottom of the container house.
