Container House Blueprints

Admin September 10, 2026

Container-house drawings mainly fall into the following types, each with specific design focus and application scenarios:

Two-story container-house structural drawings: Made for two-story container houses, these focus on how the structural frame is built. Core content includes column specs—sizes, materials, and load requirements at different positions for overall stability; top and bottom joist layout—precise joist spacing and connections for even roof and floor support; wall panels and door/window openings—panel materials, thickness, and install positions, plus detailed door/window sizes and swing directions for daylight and ventilation. Drawings also include arrangement plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections, showing interior layout, exterior form, and key node details from multiple views for full construction guidance.

Japan-export container-house drawings: Drawings for the Japanese market must strictly follow Japan’s Building Standard Law. The main structure uses SS400 steel, with high strength and toughness to resist earthquakes and meet seismic needs in quake-prone areas. Drawings include floor plans, elevations, and sections showing space layout and structural detail; a materials schedule lists member specs, quantities, and materials to meet standards. They also stress anti-corrosion treatment—coatings or galvanizing to extend life in Japan’s humid climate.

Container-style house architectural and structural CAD construction drawings: Drawn in CAD, these cover architectural, structural, and node drawings. Architectural drawings show overall form, functional zoning, and finish details; structural drawings focus on frame load analysis and sizes/connections of beams, columns, and slabs; node drawings enlarge key joints—wall-to-joist fixing, door/window sealing to walls—for construction accuracy. These drawings are typically used on larger container-house projects as a standardized basis for design, construction, and acceptance.
