Bed in Container House
The bed in the container house is a single bed measuring 195 cm in length and 90 cm in width, which has limitations for certain groups of people, and the organizing committee has taken corresponding measures.

Bed Specifications
The bed placed inside the container house is a single bed with specific dimensions of 195 cm in length and 90 cm in width. This size is fixed and adopted to meet basic sleeping needs within the limited space of a container house, a specific living environment.
Gap with Standards and Actual Needs
The Asian Olympic Council stipulates that the standard length of a single bed in the athletes' village should be no less than 2.1 meters. However, the bed in the container house is only 195 cm long, which is 15 cm shorter than the standard. For people of average height, this length may generally suffice for sleeping needs. But for basketball players over 2 meters tall, it poses a significant problem. When lying on the bed, their ankles and below are completely suspended, and their legs cannot be fully extended. This prevents them from fully relaxing during sleep, affecting sleep quality, and potentially having a negative impact on their physical recovery and competitive performance.
Organizing Committee's Countermeasures
Considering the gap between the bed specifications in the container house and the actual needs of athletes, the organizing committee has prepared extended mattresses to be placed at the foot of the bed. This measure can, to a certain extent, make up for the insufficient length of the bed, providing more comfortable sleeping conditions for taller athletes. The use of extended mattresses can increase the effective length of the bed, allowing athletes' legs to be better supported, reducing the situation of ankles being suspended, thereby improving sleep comfort, ensuring athletes have sufficient rest, and enabling them to participate in competitions in a better state.
