Production of Bathrooms in Container Houses
The production of bathrooms in container houses requires comprehensive consideration from three aspects: structural design, material selection, and internal configuration, while also paying attention to custom dimensions and market price ranges.

Structural Design
The structure of container house bathrooms must meet the strength requirements for scenarios such as movement and lifting. The mainstream design adopts a welded steel structural frame, with the surface coated with special anti-rust primer and topcoat for container houses to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life. Some designs, to meet environmental protection needs, use high-strength bolt connections, eliminating the need for welding processes, allowing for multiple disassemblies and reuses, and reducing long-term costs.
Material Selection
Materials must balance durability and functionality. Wall panels typically use insulated foam color-steel sandwich panels or rock wool sandwich panels; the former is lightweight and offers good thermal insulation, while the latter has superior fire resistance. Components such as sewage treatment sinks are made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic, which is resistant to acids, alkalis, and salt spray corrosion, making it suitable for humid environments. Flooring materials need to be slip-resistant and easy to clean, commonly being slip-resistant tiles or epoxy resin coatings.
Internal Configuration
Clear functional zoning is the core design principle. The toilet area needs to be equipped with a toilet (squat or sit), washing fixtures (sink, faucet), lighting, exhaust fan, air conditioner, trash bin, makeup mirror, coat hook, and emergency call button to ensure basic functionality and safety. The equipment room includes sewage treatment units (such as septic tanks or biological treatment systems), distribution boxes, air conditioner outdoor units, exhaust systems, etc., with space reserved for maintenance. Some high-end models are also equipped with intelligent control systems for automated water-saving and ventilation.
Dimensions and Prices
Container house bathrooms offer flexible dimensions, with common standard dimensions being 5950mm (length) × 3000mm (width) × 2800mm (height), and can also be customized according to site requirements. Market prices vary greatly depending on brand, configuration, and dimensions, with low-end products priced around 1200-2500 yuan (possibly simple or second-hand models), mid-range products priced between 3200-7600 yuan (fully functional and durable materials), and high-end products priced up to 8800-10700 yuan (including intelligent systems and high-end materials). When purchasing, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate based on budget and usage scenarios.
During production, it is essential to strictly adhere to building codes to ensure structural safety and proper drainage, and regular maintenance should be carried out to extend service life.
