Container House Base Installation Diagram
The installation of a container house base mainly includes steps such as base frame installation, secondary beam installation, floor base plate laying, floor laying and fixing, floor sanding, and floor adhesive laying.

Base Frame Installation: It should be carried out on a flat ground or a workbench. Connect the bottom corners of the container to the base beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After alignment, ensure that the diagonal difference of the base frame is ≤ 3mm, and then tighten the bolts.
Secondary Beam Installation: Install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positions of the positioning holes on the long beams and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, the top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the base beams need to be fixed with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws to ensure structural stability.
Floor Base Plate Laying: The floor base plates (magnesium oxide boards) should be laid along the 6-meter direction. The base plates at both ends have been pre-punched, but they need to be cut at an angle according to the drawn chalk lines to adapt to the house structure.
Floor Laying and Fixing: Mark the midline of the π-shaped beams to prepare for floor laying and nailing. Start laying the floor from one end, ensuring that the joint between two floor panels aligns with the midline of the π-shaped beam. After the floor is laid, snap chalk lines on the floor according to the previously marked midline of the π-shaped beams and fix the floor with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws along the chalk lines, with a nailing interval of 300-350mm.
Floor Sanding and Floor Adhesive Laying: Sand the entire floor, especially the panel joints. Apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10-15 minutes, lay the floor adhesive, and expel the air between the floor adhesive and the base plate. If possible, perform welding treatment on the joints of the floor adhesive to enhance the sealing and durability of the floor.
