Container House Assembly Materials

Admin September 15, 2026

Container house assembly materials mainly include the container itself, connecting components, decoration materials, and supporting facilities, etc..

Container: It is the basic unit for assembling the house. Common specifications include 20-foot and 40-foot containers, with load-bearing capacities of up to 25 tons and 45 tons, respectively. Containers feature standardized modular designs with uniform dimensions, facilitating flexible stacking and assembly. Their exterior colors are diverse and can be selected according to design requirements, such as red, blue, black, etc., and can even be assembled to create a colorful visual effect.

Connecting Components: These are used to firmly connect multiple containers together, forming a stable building structure. These components may include bolts, welding materials, corner fittings, etc., ensuring that the containers can withstand various external forces during the assembly process and guaranteeing the safety of the building.

Decoration Materials: These are used for interior decoration of the container to enhance living comfort. They include wall materials (such as wood panels, wallpapers), floor materials (such as flooring, tiles), ceiling materials, etc. Additionally, considerations must be given to sound insulation, thermal insulation, and other properties, selecting appropriate materials for construction.

Supporting Facilities: When assembling a container house, standardized doors and windows, kitchen and bathroom facilities, water supply and drainage systems, electrical systems, lighting systems, as well as fire protection and lightning protection facilities are also required. These facilities ensure the complete functionality of the container house, meeting various needs such as living, office, or commercial use. For example, large glass windows can be installed to increase transparency, and indoor house-like structures can be combined with the outdoors to enhance the sense of space.
