Container House
The quality commitment for container houses covers warranty scope, duration, assurance measures, responsibilities, and additional services, as follows:

1. Warranty Scope and Coverage The main building structure (such as the steel frame and load-bearing members), roof waterproofing, and exterior wall anti-leakage (including the roof, walls, joints, doors, windows, and related areas) are all covered by the warranty. Damage to steel members or panels not caused by human factors, as well as functional faults in doors, windows, eaves, and other accessory equipment, will be repaired by the supplier. Key components such as doors and windows, locks, electrical systems, and waterproof seals are covered by itemized warranty periods (6 months to 1 year) to ensure stable core performance.
2. Warranty Period The main structural works carry a 12-month warranty; roof waterproofing and exterior wall anti-leakage are warranted for 1 year; doors, windows, eaves, and other accessory works likewise carry a 1-year warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of signed acceptance of the house, with clear milestones to protect the user’s rights.
3. Quality Assurance Measures
- Structural stability: High-strength weathering steel is used and designed to building codes; the structure can withstand a magnitude 8 earthquake and offers excellent wind and seismic resistance.
- Fire safety: Walls are filled with Class A flame-retardant rock wool/glass wool, with a fire-resistance rating of ≥1 hour to slow the spread of fire.
- Compliant construction: Work is performed by a professional team; foundation treatment, box lifting, and related steps meet safety standards and pass third-party acceptance.
- Electrical and plumbing safety: National-standard cables and piping are installed by licensed electricians, with leakage protection and grounding systems; water supply and drainage systems are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
- Premium materials: The main box body uses new or high-standard refurbished steel; interior and exterior wall panels, insulation layers, doors, windows, and hardware are selected from well-known brands.
- Precision craftsmanship: Laser cutting, robotic welding, and other modern processes ensure accurate dimensions and solid welds, with anti-corrosion and anti-rust warranty of ≥5 years.
- Strict quality control: Every process is inspected; finished products must pass multiple tests for airtightness, waterproofing, and load-bearing capacity before leaving the factory.
4. Warranty Responsibilities During the warranty period, the supplier must arrive on site for repairs within 3 days of notification; emergency incidents require immediate response and repair. Issues involving structural safety must be reported to the competent authority in accordance with the Measures for the Quality Warranty of Housing Construction Projects, and a warranty plan must be prepared by the original design unit.
5. Other Quality-Related Services Non-human damage caused by material or workmanship defects during the warranty period (such as leakage, cracking, or hardware failure) is eligible for free repair or replacement. A user manual and maintenance handbook are also provided to guide basic care such as daily cleaning and ventilation; for specialized items such as special coating maintenance and electrical inspections, paid service recommendations or appointments are available.
