The common size specifications of container finished houses are diverse, mainly divided into three categories: standard sizes, customized sizes, and shipping container sizes.

I. Standard Container House Sizes

  1. Small Size: Length 3 meters, width 3 meters, height 2.8 meters, area 9 square meters. Suitable for scenarios with small space requirements, such as temporary storage or single-person living.
  2. Medium Size: Length 6 meters, width 3 meters, height 2.8 meters, area 18 square meters. A common choice for construction sites, road construction, etc., capable of accommodating multiple people for office work or living.
  3. Large Size: Length 7 meters, width 3 meters, height 2.8 meters, area 21 square meters. Often used for two-story container mobile homes, equipped with corridors and balconies, suitable for long-term living or office work.
  4. General Standards: The domestic general size is length 6 meters, width 3 meters, height 2.9 meters; the export general size is length 6 meters, width 2.4 meters, height 2.9 meters, meeting different transportation needs.

II. Customized Container House Sizes
Customized sizes are flexibly designed according to customer needs. Common specifications include:

  1. Small Customization: Such as 3 meters × 3 meters, suitable for temporary stalls or small workshops.
  2. Medium Customization: Such as 3 meters × 8 meters, 3 meters × 9 meters, can be used for functional module combinations like conference rooms and restrooms.
  3. Large Customization: The size can be extended to length 14 meters, width 3.5 meters, height 3.2 meters, subject to transportation size limitations, meeting special scenario requirements.

III. Shipping Container Sizes
Shipping containers have derived various specifications due to transportation needs. Common types include:

  1. 20-foot Container: External dimensions 5.898 meters × 2.352 meters × 2.39 meters, internal volume approximately 30 cubic meters, gross weight approximately 20 tons.
  2. 40-foot Container: External dimensions 12.024 meters × 2.352 meters × 2.39 meters, internal volume approximately 65 cubic meters, gross weight approximately 26 tons.
