Construction Site Simple Movable Toilet

There are mainly two ways to obtain movable toilets for construction sites: self-made and purchasing ready-made products, and there are various types and structural forms.

Self-made Movable Toilet

A young man using a water storage tank and a pallet to make a movable toilet is a relatively economical and practical method. The specific production process is as follows:

• Install universal wheels: Use tools to fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet to make the entire device movable.
• Process the water storage tank: Place the water storage tank retrieved from the garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open-top tank.
• Assemble the tank bodies: Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank body. Use self-tapping screws to fix the outer frames of the two water storage tanks and cut out a rectangular opening to form a doorway.
• Install sanitary ware: Drill a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe. Install and fix a toilet. Fix the water pipe on the wall with clips and install a faucet. Connect a water pipe to the pipe cap and drill a hole as the outlet for the drainage pipe. Fix a stainless steel basin as a hand-washing basin. Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install the toilet seat, and make a spray-type shower with a water pipe.
• Make the door: Use wooden boards and hinges to make the toilet door and install a door handle.
