Movable Public Toilets for Construction Sites

Admin October 22, 2026

Public toilets at construction sites can be movable, suitable for large construction sites and other locations, offering flexibility and convenience.

Composition of Movable Toilets

Movable public toilets at construction sites are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and moving devices. These components work together to ensure the normal use and mobility of the toilets. For example, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and store fecal sewage for subsequent treatment; sanitary ware and washing equipment meet the basic hygiene needs of users.

Classification of Movable Toilets

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure movable toilets and composite-structure movable toilets. Single-structure movable toilets are relatively independent and have a simpler structure; composite-structure movable toilets may be composed of multiple parts and may have richer functions.
  • By moving method: They are classified into lifting and handling movable toilets, and powered and towed movable toilets. Lifting and handling movable toilets require lifting equipment such as cranes for movement; powered and towed movable toilets can be moved by their own power or by being towed by other vehicles, offering greater flexibility and convenience.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction movable toilets, circulating water-flush movable toilets, and dry-packing movable toilets. Water-flush and non-water-flush suction movable toilets treat fecal sewage through water flushing or suction; circulating water-flush movable toilets recycle flushing water to save water resources; dry-packing movable toilets pack feces in biodegradable packaging bags without the need for water.

Examples of Movable Toilets

For example, there is a 4 + 1 stepped movable restroom with a total of four squatting positions and an open washroom in the middle. The exterior wall is made of heat-insulating and flame-retardant metal carved panels, the side door is installed with a titanium-magnesium alloy door, the washroom is equipped with a complete set of bathroom cabinets, the interior wall of the restroom is made of bamboo-wood fiber panels, exhaust fans, tissue boxes, and hooks are fully equipped, and the bottom is made of anti-slip tiles. It can also be customized according to special needs. In addition, there are cases where young people make movable restrooms using water storage tanks and pallets, but such homemade methods may not be as functional and safe as professional movable toilets.
