Construction Site Mobile Toilet Construction
There are various ways to construct mobile toilets at construction sites, with the following being common methods:

I. Construction Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets
First, select a plastic pallet as the base platform and fix universal wheels at the four corners at the bottom to enable mobility. Recycle water storage tanks from garbage stations and use an angle grinder to cut openings at the tops of the tanks for subsequent installation of facilities. Stack two water storage tanks with top openings and secure them with self-tapping screws to ensure structural stability. Cut rectangular openings on the sides of the water storage tanks as doorways for easy access. Drill holes in the internal floor to install drainage elbows and pipes to ensure smooth sewage discharge. Secure the toilet bowl and apply sealant to prevent sewage leakage. Install faucets, washbasins, showers, and other facilities to meet basic sanitation needs. Finally, make a door using wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to complete the overall construction. This method is cost-effective, but attention should be paid to the sealing and stability of the water storage tanks to avoid sewage leakage.
II. Steel-Welded Frame Structure
The main frame of the mobile toilet is welded from steel. The bottom is welded using channel steel or I-beams to ensure the overall structural stability. Square steel is used for the columns, and materials such as color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, stainless steel, or metal carved panels are installed on the wall bases, which are both aesthetically pleasing and durable. The frame structure should be designed to meet lifting requirements for easy overall movement and installation. This method is suitable for large construction sites or scenarios requiring long-term use, with a sturdy structure and a long service life.
III. Square Tube Box Toilet
Taking the 3-meter-wide and 6-meter-long square tube box toilet made by Chanmiao Xiaohuang as an example, the overall frame is welded using 10*10 square tubes with a thickness of 1.5, resulting in a sturdy structure. The toilet is divided into two parts, with the left side being the men's restroom and the right side being the women's restroom, meeting the usage needs of different genders. It is equipped with a special door for the box house to ensure privacy. A ceramic washbasin is installed inside for easy cleaning. The entire floor is laid with anti-slip floor glue to enhance safety. This method is suitable for construction sites with high sanitation requirements, offering complete functions and comfortable use.
