There is no unified standard for the size of construction site container houses. Common specifications include 3m×3m×2.8m, 6m×3m×2.8m, and 7m×3m×2.8m, as well as special types like 20-foot double-wing expandable containers.

Common Fixed Sizes

• 3m×3m×2.8m: With an area of approximately 9 square meters, this size has relatively limited space and is typically used as a guard room on construction sites or as a small warehouse for storing items. It can accommodate about 2 people for living.
• 6m×3m×2.8m: Covering an area of about 18 square meters, this is a commonly seen standard size in the market. It is widely used in construction site building and road construction scenarios. It can serve as a workers' dormitory, accommodating about 10 people, or be transformed into a construction site toilet or kitchen.
• 7m×3m×2.8m: With an area of around 21 square meters, this size is mostly used for two-story container mobile homes. Compared to the 6-meter specification, it has an additional corridor and canopy, while the indoor space remains the same.

Special Type Sizes

• 20-foot Double-Wing Expandable Container: During transportation, the space on both sides is folded in for easy container loading and international shipping. Upon arrival at the project site, the wings on both sides are expanded, creating an indoor usable space of approximately 36 square meters.
