Construction Plan for Prefabricated Beam Slabs of Houses

Admin September 19, 2026

The construction plan for prefabricated beam slabs of houses covers aspects such as the purpose and basis of preparation, construction preparation, construction process, quality control, and other considerations. Details are as follows:

I. Purpose and Basis of Preparation

The purpose of preparation is to standardize construction management and ensure safety, quality, and progress. The basis includes national and industry standards (such as the 'Standard for Acceptance of Constructional Quality of Concrete Structures' GB50204), design documents, regulations and policies, and corporate best practices.

II. Construction Preparation

  • Technical Preparation: Organize technical personnel to familiarize themselves with the drawings and conduct a joint review. Prepare technical disclosure documents and special construction plans (such as lifting and safety protection plans). Conduct technical training and safety education for construction personnel, who can only start work after passing the assessment.
  • Material Preparation: Select HRB400-grade steel bars that comply with the GB1499 standard. Upon arrival, inspect the certificates of conformity and conduct re-inspections. Use commercial concrete with a strength grade and slump (180±20mm) that meet the design requirements. Select steel formwork or bamboo plywood for the templates, ensuring flatness, stiffness, and tight joints. Connection materials (such as embedded parts and bolts) must be inspected according to regulations.
  • Equipment Preparation: Confirm the performance parameters and conduct safety inspections for lifting equipment (such as truck or tower cranes). Ensure that concrete equipment (such as mixing plants and conveying pumps) is in good condition. Regularly maintain mold equipment. Auxiliary equipment includes transport vehicles, steel bar processing equipment, and measuring instruments.
  • Personnel Preparation: Equip with experienced construction management personnel. Establish a prefabricated beam construction team and clarify responsibilities. Conduct safety and technical disclosures.
  • Site Preparation: Determine a storage site that is flat and solid. Build transport channels and set up lifting equipment.

III. Construction Process

  • Fabrication: Inspect the quality of steel bars after processing. Erect formwork and pour concrete (control the mix ratio). Cure after pouring until the strength meets the standard.
  • Transportation: Select appropriate vehicles and protect the beam slabs from damage during transportation.
  • Lifting: Inspect the lifting equipment and lift to the designated position according to the design requirements, avoiding damage.
  • Installation: Position to ensure verticality and levelness, and connect firmly and reliably.
  • Acceptance: Inspect the appearance (no cracks, honeycombs, etc.), dimensions (in line with the design), and quality (concrete strength, steel bar protective layer thickness, etc.).

IV. Quality Control

  • Fabrication Stage: Strictly monitor the quality of steel bar processing, concrete pouring, and curing.
  • Construction Process: Execute each stage according to design requirements and standards to ensure construction quality.

V. Other Considerations

  • Site Selection for Prefabricated Beam Yard: Choose a location with convenient transportation and a flat terrain. After hardening, set a drainage slope.
  • Pedestal Fabrication: Pour concrete for the foundation. Lay steel plates on the pedestal surface and polish them flat. Install angle steel on both sides for positioning.
  • Camber Setting: Set a downward secondary parabolic camber according to the design requirements to prevent excessive upward camber.
  • Material and Equipment Management: Select manufacturers for main materials based on test results. Attach certificates of conformity to incoming materials and conduct sampling inspections before use.
