Jingmen High-tech Zone Xinglonggang Youth Community Project

• Construction Unit: Constructed by China First Metallurgical Group Hubei Branch.
• Project Location: Located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Xinglong Avenue and Guanyanhu Avenue.
• Construction Content: Includes 14 residential buildings and other supporting facilities.
• Technical Process: In the component production stage, 12 types of standardized prefabricated parts such as balconies and stairs are precisely processed through intelligent production lines, ensuring the quality and precision of the components. The construction site adopts the "modular hoisting + steel bar sleeve connection" process, which shortens the construction cycle of a single-story main structure to 4 days, improving efficiency by 30% compared to traditional processes. The project innovatively adopts the "prefabricated concrete components + assembled interior decoration" technical system, with an assembly rate of 50.4%, meeting the national Grade A prefabricated building standard. After completion, it will become one of the first batch of AAA-grade prefabricated residential buildings in Jingmen City.

Beijingbang Garden Community Phase II Project

• Construction Unit: Constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, it is the first assembled replacement housing project in the western Hubei region.
• Project Scale: A total of 8 buildings with 15 units, providing 1,076 replacement housing units.
• Structural Form: The underground floor and the 1st - 2nd floors above ground adopt cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures, while the 3rd - 18th floors above ground adopt prefabricated assembled structures.
• Assembled Components: The assembled components used include prefabricated exterior walls, prefabricated partition walls, prefabricated stairs, and prefabricated balconies, with an assembly rate of 53%. These assembled components are produced by China Construction Science & Technology Jingmen Co., Ltd., the only prefabricated building PC factory in Jingmen. Taking the assembled building exterior wall as an example, its production process includes steel mold making - steel bar binding - concrete pouring - mold removal - high-temperature curing. Then, it is transported to the construction site, hoisted and assembled using a tower crane. The joints between components are connected using the sleeve grouting process. The installation of components for one floor can be completed within one day, and one floor can be built in 5 - 6 days.
