• Key Enterprise Personnel: This includes technical leaders, professionals with intermediate or higher titles in fields such as structure, machinery, and welding, on-site construction management personnel, and skilled workers at or above the intermediate level. The quantity and professional titles of these personnel must meet the requirements. Among them, the technical leader should have over 10 years of experience in engineering construction technical management and hold a senior professional title.
• Enterprise Engineering Achievements: In the past five years, the enterprise should have undertaken projects of a specific scale, such as tall buildings, industrial construction projects, or prefabricated component projects, with the project quality meeting the requirements.
• Technical Equipment: The enterprise should possess complete production equipment, including large-scale concrete mixing equipment, transport tankers, cranes, etc.
• Scope of Contracted Projects: It can undertake the construction of various prefabricated component projects.

Level II Qualification Standards

• Production Capacity/Enterprise Assets: The annual actual production volume should exceed 20,000 cubic meters or the equipment production capacity should be 30,000 cubic meters, with the product quality meeting the standards. The registered capital should be over RMB 5 million, and the net assets should exceed RMB 6 million.
• Personnel Requirements: The enterprise manager, technical leader, and engineering and technical personnel should meet certain requirements in terms of management experience, professional titles, and quantity.
• Facilities and Equipment: The enterprise should have a dedicated concrete testing laboratory and possess facilities and equipment suitable for its production scale.
• Management Requirements: It should have a sound production and quality management system.
• Scope of Contracted Projects: It can produce various concrete prefabricated components but may have limitations in terms of height, span, or contract amount.

Level III Qualification Standards

• Production Capacity/Enterprise Assets: The annual actual production volume should exceed 3,000 cubic meters or the equipment production capacity should be 4,500 cubic meters, with the product quality meeting the standards. The registered capital should be over RMB 2 million, and the net assets should exceed RMB 2.4 million.
• Personnel Requirements: The enterprise manager, technical leader, and engineering and technical personnel should meet certain requirements in terms of management experience, professional titles, and quantity, although the requirements are relatively lower.
• Facilities and Equipment: The enterprise should have a dedicated concrete testing laboratory and possess basic production process equipment.
• Management Requirements: It should also have a sound production and quality management system.
• Scope of Contracted Projects: It can produce concrete prefabricated components other than prestressed crane beams, bridges, roof beams, roof trusses, and prestressed reinforced concrete pipes.
