Concrete Prefabricated House Floor
Key points related to concrete prefabricated house floors are as follows:

I. Brand Selection There are numerous brands of concrete prefabricated floors, with common ones including Guheng, Lanbao, Shunfa, Simatu, Guoxing, Shengqiyuan, Lida, Yuansong, Jianqiao, Aoyuexin, Kangjia Weiye, and Ruidun. Different brands may vary in product quality, price, and after-sales service, so a comprehensive selection should be made based on project requirements, budget, and brand reputation.
II. Laying Method Concrete prefabricated panels are laid using standardized square modules, specifically designed for temporary sites. The core process is as follows:
- Transportation and Equipment: Professional trucks are used to transport the prefabricated panels, paired with vacuum laying machines for operation.
- Laying Operation: The concrete panels are adsorbed by controlling the vacuum suction cups on the head and moved to the designated position using the base slide rails before releasing the suction cups to complete the laying.
- Efficiency and Characteristics: Thousands of square meters can be laid in a single day, with easy dismantling and reusability. During the production of prefabricated panels, the mixed concrete is poured into square modules for shaping.
III. Construction Plan for Non-prefabricated Floors (Reference) If a cast-in-place concrete floor is adopted, attention should be paid to the following aspects:
- Material Selection:
- Cement: Select p.o42.5 ordinary Portland cement.
- Aggregates: Gravel with a particle size of 5-20mm and a mud content ≤1%; medium-coarse sand with a fineness modulus of 2.3-3.0 and a mud content ≤3%.
- Admixtures: Add a retarding water-reducing agent in summer and an early-strength antifreeze in winter.
- Auxiliary materials: Permeable formwork cloth, polyethylene curing film, epoxy resin grouting glue, etc..
- Personnel and Equipment:
- Team Configuration: The pouring, vibrating, and leveling teams should receive technical disclosures in advance.
- Mechanical Equipment: 4 internal vibrators, 2 plate vibrators, 2 concrete pumps, and when constructing large areas, a laser screed should be added. Inspection tools (level gauges, 2m straightedges, rebound testers) should be calibrated.
- Base Treatment:
- First-floor Floor: Compact the plain soil (compaction coefficient ≥0.94) → lay a 150mm graded gravel cushion (each layer ≤200mm) → apply a 2mm polyurethane waterproof coating → pour a 50mm thick C15 concrete leveling layer (surface roughened).
- Floor Floor: Clean the laitance on the floor slab → treat cracks with epoxy resin grouting → apply a bonding agent.
- Concrete Pouring:
- Bay Division: Each bay should have a width ≤6m and a length ≤12m, with expansion joints set in advance.
- Elevation Control: Snap lines on the base and set elevation stakes every 2m.
- Thickness Requirements: 200mm for industrial plants and 100-150mm for civil buildings, with priority given to using commercial concrete.
