Concrete Prefabricated House Construction Template
There are mainly two types of concrete prefabricated house construction templates: modular building templates and cement board non-removable templates.

Modular Building Templates: This is a highly prefabricated template system designed specifically for constructing concrete walls, basements, infrastructure, and bridge piers, among other structures. Its core feature lies in the assembly of flat panels of different sizes with nylon locking pins to form the desired architectural shape. This template system supports wall thickness adjustments between 10 and 40 centimeters, allowing for flexible adaptation to various construction needs. Additionally, modular building templates are equipped with special modules to handle more complex construction scenarios. Their standardized component design enables the templates to be reused more than 150 times, significantly reducing construction costs and improving construction efficiency. This type of template is particularly suitable for projects requiring rapid construction, such as emergency relief housing and temporary facilities, enabling the completion of building structures in a short period.
Cement Board Non-Removable Templates: This type of template focuses more on the construction of the main body of self-built houses. It adopts a cast-in-place construction structure, meaning that concrete is poured on-site throughout the entire construction process. The cement board non-removable template, as a non-removable template, is directly incorporated into the concrete, forming a single unit with it, eliminating the need for removal after construction. This construction method not only simplifies the construction process but also enhances the overall integrity and stability of the building. Cement board non-removable templates are suitable for various self-built house projects, especially those with high requirements for building quality and construction efficiency. By using this type of template, the robustness and durability of the building structure can be ensured, while reducing waste generation during construction, aligning with the concept of green building.
