Prefabricated Dimensions of Concrete Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

The prefabricated dimensions of concrete houses vary depending on the type. Common types and their dimensions are as follows:

Cement Prefabricated Panels:
In terms of span, among residential cement prefabricated panels, the longer span is 4.2 meters. This dimension does not follow modular rules, and customization is required if the length exceeds this. The length is generally designed according to a 300mm module, with common specifications including 3000mm, 3300mm, 3600mm, 3900mm, and 4200mm. Special sizes such as 3800mm and 4000mm also exist, with the length of ordinary panels typically being 4200mm. The width is mainly 500mm and 600mm, with specifications for four-hole 400mm and five-hole 500mm also available. In terms of thickness, common dimensions are 120mm and 150mm. These dimensions are designed to balance structural strength and material economy, suitable for residential floor slabs with different load requirements.

Prefabricated Concrete Assembled Houses:
Single-story houses have a wide range of dimensions, with lengths extending from a few meters to tens of meters. The width is usually controlled between 3 and 6 meters, and the height is generally 2.5 to 5 meters. This design facilitates rapid assembly and adapts to various terrains. Double-story houses have a length similar to single-story ones, but the total height increases to 4 to 6 meters, with each floor typically being 2.5 to 3 meters high, ensuring both living comfort and material cost control. Triple-story houses have the same length as double-story ones, with a total height of up to 6 to 9 meters and each floor also being 2.5 to 3 meters high. Structural connection nodes need to be reinforced to ensure overall stability.

Customized Cement Houses:
Width specifications include two types: 7.2 meters and 7.6 meters, with a uniform length of 6.6 meters (outer diameter). The front is designed with overhanging beam heads, and the length can be adjusted according to needs. Another specification has widths of 3.8 meters and 6 meters, also with a length of 6.6 meters (outer diameter). This customized design is often used for temporary buildings or special-function houses, enabling rapid construction and flexible layout through modular combination.

The dimension design of different types of concrete prefabricated components needs to comprehensively consider structural safety, transportation convenience, and construction efficiency. In practical applications, appropriate specifications should be selected according to specific project requirements.
