Company Installation of Mobile Toilets

Admin October 10, 2026

When a company installs mobile toilets, it needs to comprehensively consider factors such as product types, size specifications, material structures, customization processes, application scenarios, and internal configurations.

Diverse Product Types: Based on structural forms and functional configurations, there are single-unit types (suitable for places with dispersed pedestrian flow), modular types (can be assembled in modules and equipped with various facilities), types with barrier-free access, eco-friendly types (such as those using microbial degradation or recirculating water flushing), and luxury types (equipped with air conditioners, etc.). In terms of structural forms, they can be divided into single-unit structures and composite structures. Regarding mobility, they can be classified as hoisting/handling types and powered/trailer types. According to sewage treatment methods, they can be categorized as water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction types, recirculating water-flushing types, and dry-packing types.

Flexible Size Specifications: The products come in standard sizes, with lengths ranging from 1.2 meters to 3.0 meters, and corresponding ranges for widths and heights. Selections can be made based on the actual site conditions.

Reliable Materials and Structures: The main frames are generally made of steel structures to ensure stability and durability. For exterior wall materials, options include galvanized steel sheets and stainless steel sheets. Internally, rock wool or polyurethane is commonly used for thermal insulation. The floors are usually laid with anti-slip flooring and paired with waterproof layers. Doors and windows often use aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass.

Clear Customization Process: First, communicate the requirements to determine the size layout, door and window positions, etc. The enterprise then provides a design plan based on the on-site conditions. After the plan is confirmed, it enters the factory prefabrication stage, with a production cycle of about 7 to 15 days. After prefabrication is completed, the products are transported to the site. After the foundation is leveled, they can be hoisted or assembled, and then put into use after connecting to water and electricity supplies.

Wide Application Scenarios: They can serve as supplementary temporary public sanitation facilities in municipal squares and urban commercial areas. In tourist attractions and parks, they can solve the toilet problems during peak tourist periods. In industrial parks and construction sites, they provide convenient sanitation conditions for workers. On roads and highways, they can serve as extensions of fixed facilities in service areas. They are also commonly needed in places such as schools, communities, airports, ports, and parking lot entrances and exits.

Basic yet Upgradable Internal Configurations: The basic configurations include lighting systems, sockets, distribution boxes, exhaust fans, etc. Variable-frequency air conditioners can also be installed to enhance the user experience.
