Combined Mobile House Container
Admin September 15, 2026
The combined mobile house container is a movable, modular building unit based on a standard container, which has been modified. It features a sturdy structure, convenient transportation, and flexible splicing and expansion capabilities, making it suitable for various scenarios such as construction site command centers, temporary offices, emergency support, and commercial pop-up shops.

I. Structural Types and Specifications
Structural Types:
- Welded Integral Box: Formed by integral welding in a factory, with a direct load path. The roof load is transferred through the side wall columns to the bottom sill, and then evenly distributed to the ground through the bottom sill. It has strong resistance to deformation and is suitable for frequent lifting and moving.
- Bolt-Connected Modular Box: Uses standard plates connected by bolts, with multiple connection nodes in the load path. The tightness of each node directly affects the overall stability. It is suitable for scenarios requiring high flexibility in transportation and disassembly/assembly.
Common Specifications:
- 20-foot Container: The internal dimensions are approximately 5.89 meters (length) × 2.34 meters (width) × 2.38 meters (height), suitable for single or double occupancy offices or accommodations.
- 40-foot Container: The internal dimensions are approximately 12.02 meters (length) × 2.34 meters (width) × 2.38 meters (height), providing more spacious accommodation suitable for multi-person offices or as conference rooms, activity rooms, etc.
II. Performance Characteristics
- Structural Stability: High-quality container houses adopt a full steel structure frame, with a wind resistance rating of up to 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of 8. The frame has a low deformation rate, maintaining structural stability even under extreme conditions.
- Installation Efficiency: The installation time for a single set can be controlled within 2 hours, supporting on-demand splicing and combination, enabling rapid large-scale deployment.
- Reusability: Under standardized use and regular maintenance conditions, the average number of disassembly and reuse cycles can reach more than 8 times, reducing construction waste emissions by about 90% and improving resource utilization.
III. Application Scenarios
- Construction Site Command Center: Serving as a temporary office space for the project department, providing a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Emergency Support: In natural disasters or emergencies, serving as a temporary rescue command center or accommodation, enabling rapid response and flexible deployment.
- Commercial Pop-up Shops: Serving as temporary venues for brand promotion or sales activities, attracting foot traffic and enhancing brand exposure.
