Collection Mobile Toilet

Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public. They are suitable for various places and come in multiple types with distinct features.

Suitable Places

They are applicable to stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly-built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets, meeting people's toilet needs in different scenarios.

Composition Structure

Generally, they consist of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and moving device. Each part works in coordination to ensure the normal operation of the toilet.

Classification

• By structural form: They are divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets.
• By moving method: There are hoisting and handling mobile toilets, as well as powered and trailer-mounted mobile toilets.
• By sewage treatment method: They include water-flush and waterless-flush suction types, circulating water-flush types, and dry-packing types. The circulating water-flush type is equipped with an intermittent aerobic and anaerobic fecal sewage treatment device. Biological strains are added, and biofilm technology is used to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing. The dry-packing type has a waterless-flush device where excrement is received by biodegradable plastic bags. After use, the bags are automatically replaced and collected for centralized treatment. Other common technical types include foam-blocking types, packing types, water-saving flush types, waterless rechargeable types, and microbial types.

• Durability and environmental protection: The frame is welded with national standard steel, and the surface is covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, with a service life of over 20 years. Most of the materials used are environmentally friendly panels with recycling value, and the main materials have a long design life.
• Water-saving and efficient: Intelligent water-saving ecological and environmentally friendly toilets automatically collect urine and hand-washing water and add water-saving special agents, achieving a flushing effect of about 0.46 liters per person.
• Small footprint: They occupy a small area, have low dependence on land, have a short construction period, and can be reused.
