Cleaning Mobile Toilets
Cleaning mobile toilets can be carried out according to the following steps, which, combined with their structural features and the advantages of new designs, can improve cleaning efficiency and effectiveness:

1. Cleaning the fecal wastewater storage tank
The fecal wastewater storage tank is the core cleaning area of mobile toilets. For traditional models, it is necessary to regularly use a dedicated sewage suction truck to empty the waste in the tank to prevent overflow or blockage. For the 2026 new lightweight plastic mobile toilets equipped with a gravity-flush wastewater tank, the sewage can first be emptied through a foot pump, and then the bottom valve of the tank (if any) can be opened to completely discharge the residue. After cleaning, use a high-pressure water gun to rinse the inner walls of the tank to remove attached stains. If necessary, spray a biodegradable cleaner to decompose organic residues and reduce odors.
2. Cleaning sanitary ware and grooming equipment
Sanitary ware (such as toilets and squat pans) should be wiped daily with a neutral cleaner to avoid using strong acids or alkalis that can corrode the materials. The new gravity-flush design can reduce stain residues, but it is still necessary to regularly check whether the flushing port is blocked. Grooming equipment (such as sinks and faucets) needs to be cleaned of scale and debris, with special attention paid to cleaning the filter screens at the drainage ports to prevent hair and other substances from blocking the pipes. The water tank should be regularly checked for water level and quality. If a freshwater tank (such as a new large-capacity freshwater tank) is used, the inner walls should be cleaned every 3-6 months to prevent algae growth.
3. Maintenance of the floor and walls
The floor should be swept of garbage daily to avoid sharp objects scratching the surface. If it is a non-slip material, a soft-bristled brush can be used with a neutral cleaner to scrub it, and then rinsed clean with water. Wall cleaning should be carried out according to the material: plastic or metal walls can be wiped with a damp cloth; for coated walls, avoid using rough cloths to prevent scratching. The new ventilation design can reduce odors, but it is still necessary to regularly check whether the exhaust pipes are unobstructed to ensure effective odor discharge.
4. Inspection of the roof and mobile devices
The roof should be cleared of debris such as leaves and dust to prevent water accumulation or blockage of the drainage ports. If it is a detachable structure, check the tightness to avoid rainwater leakage. Mobile devices (such as wheels and brackets) should be regularly lubricated to ensure smooth movement. If they are used in a fixed position for a long time, anti-slip pads can be installed to reduce ground wear.
5. Odor control and disinfection
In addition to using the new exhaust pipes for ventilation, activated carbon bags can be placed in the toilet or air fresheners can be sprayed to assist in removing odors. Weekly, use a chlorine-containing disinfectant (such as 84 disinfectant) to wipe and disinfect high-frequency contact areas such as sanitary ware and floors to kill bacteria and viruses and ensure hygiene and safety.
