Structure of Circulating Water Flush Mobile Toilet

Admin October 11, 2026

The circulating water flush mobile toilet is mainly composed of a toilet body, water storage tanks, a circulating water treatment unit, and a sewage discharge system.

The toilet body is the fundamental structural part of the entire mobile toilet. It is usually made of lightweight materials such as aluminum alloy and fiberglass-reinforced plastic. This design offers significant advantages. On one hand, it facilitates transportation, reducing costs and difficulties when the toilet needs to be moved or repositioned. On the other hand, it is easy to install, allowing for quick setup and immediate use. The interior of the toilet body is well-equipped, featuring either a squat toilet or a sit toilet to meet the needs of different users. There is also a sink for hand washing, lighting fixtures to ensure normal use in low-light conditions, and ventilation equipment to effectively improve the air quality inside the toilet and reduce odors.

The water storage tanks are divided into a clean water tank and a sewage tank, each serving a different function. The clean water tank stores clean water, providing a water source for flushing the toilet and ensuring a good cleaning effect with each flush. The sewage tank is responsible for collecting used sewage, preventing random discharge that could pollute the environment. This separate design ensures that clean water and sewage do not interfere with each other, guaranteeing the rational use of water resources and hygiene and safety.

The circulating water treatment unit is one of the core components of the circulating water flush mobile toilet. It performs preliminary purification of sewage through physical filtration and chemical disinfection. Physical filtration can remove solid impurities from the sewage, such as feces and paper. Chemical disinfection can kill bacteria and viruses in the sewage, making the treated water meet certain hygiene standards and allowing it to be reused for flushing the toilet. This method of water recycling greatly reduces dependence on external water sources, making it especially suitable for areas with scarce water resources or some temporary event venues.

The sewage discharge system is mainly used to safely and hygienically discharge sewage when the sewage tank is full or needs to be cleaned. It is usually connected to external sewage collection devices or treatment facilities to ensure that the sewage is properly treated and does not have a negative impact on the surrounding environment.
