Chongzhou Prefabricated Structural Housing
Chongzhou prefabricated structural housing mainly includes two types: prefabricated light steel villas and prefabricated composite long-column houses.
Prefabricated Light Steel Villas: In the Chongzhou area, multiple brands offer prefabricated light steel villa products, such as Zhanfan, Lanlinwan, and Zhongtianshengyuan. There are certain price differences among the products of these brands. The price of Zhongtianshengyuan's prefabricated light steel structure villas in Xingyi City starts at 880 yuan per square meter or more; the price of Lanlinwan's light steel villas in Anning City starts at 850 yuan per square meter or more; and the price of Zhanfan's related prefabricated steel villas and light steel villas is mostly 1000 yuan per square meter or more. Prefabricated light steel villas are favored by the market for their characteristics of light weight and high strength, fast construction, and environmental protection and energy efficiency. They are suitable for various construction scenarios, such as residential houses, resorts, and temporary buildings.
Prefabricated Composite Long-Column Houses: The No. 5 workshop of the Chongzhou production base project of Zhongfa Tianxin (Sichuan) Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. has applied prefabricated composite long-column technology, which is the second case of its kind nationwide and the first in Southwest China. The workshop is a two-story frame structure with the characteristics of a multi-story workshop, including large column grids, high floor heights, and heavy floor live loads. The prefabricated composite long columns are cast horizontally in the factory, resulting in high-precision components, dense concrete pouring, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Moreover, the production process has a low level of pollution, truly achieving green construction. Compared with cast-in-place concrete, prefabricated composite long columns have significant advantages such as higher safety, faster construction progress, and stronger earthquake resistance. In addition, the prefabricated components are cured in the factory, reducing dust and noise and meeting the requirements of green construction. For example, the No. 5 workshop requires a total of 46 prefabricated columns. With the new technology, the main structure can be completed two months in advance, greatly shortening the construction period.
