Temporary Housing Situation

There were once 12 temporary houses with a brick-concrete prefabricated slab structure in the courtyard of the Shuangjingzhai Resettlement Housing Community in Yunyang County. These houses were built by the former County Land and Resources Bureau in 2011 to facilitate the daily management of the project. These temporary houses adopted a brick-concrete prefabricated slab structure. The prefabricated slabs are concrete components pre-made in factories and assembled and spliced on the construction site. This construction method to a certain extent improved construction efficiency, shortened the construction period, and could quickly meet the housing needs for the daily management of the project.

Situation of the Prefabricated Component Production Enterprise

Chongqing Yunyang Chengxin Construction Co., Ltd.'s Chengxin Prefabrication Plant was once engaged in the production and sales of concrete prefabricated components (Level IV). The enterprise was established on October 8, 2003, with its registered address located in Group 3, Baishui, Maoba Township, Yunyang County, Chongqing. The concrete prefabricated components (Level IV) indicate that the enterprise had a certain scale and capability in terms of prefabricated component production qualifications and could produce prefabricated component products that met corresponding standards. These prefabricated components may include various types of beams, slabs, and columns, which can be used in different types of construction projects. However, the current business status of the enterprise is deregistered, which means it has ceased relevant production and business activities, possibly due to market changes, corporate strategic adjustments, or other reasons. Nevertheless, during its operation, it provided a certain number of prefabricated component products to the local construction market and played a certain role in promoting the development of the local construction industry.
