Chongming Mobile Public Toilet Structure
The structure of the Chongming mobile public toilet mainly consists of four parts: the frame structure, core functional facilities, auxiliary systems, and customized design. It adopts a modular assembly method, facilitating quick disassembly and transportation.

Frame Structure
The main frame is primarily welded from steel (channel steel/square steel), with the bottom reinforced by channel steel or I-beams to ensure load-bearing capacity and stability. High-end models use lightweight steel structures paired with aluminum alloy shells, providing earthquake and wind resistance. The wall materials are diverse, with the outer layer commonly using metal carved panels, color-coated steel sheets, or stainless steel sheets, and the inner layer using bamboo fiber boards, solid wood boards, or waterproof boards, balancing durability and aesthetics. The floor is laid with anti-slip flooring or imitation marble tiles to prevent water accumulation; the roof uses asphalt shingles, colored stone metal tiles, or integrated designs to enhance waterproofing.Core Functional Facilities
- Sanitary Units: Toilet types include squat toilets (primarily ceramic), sit toilets (smart with automatic flushing), and urinals, with some supporting wet/dry separation designs. The flushing system includes flush tanks, infrared induction flushing devices, or water-saving reclaimed water systems, balancing hygiene and water conservation needs.
- Cleaning and Washing Areas: Equipped with ceramic or stainless steel sinks, sensor faucets, automatic paper dispensers, and soap dispensers, with standard mirror, coat hooks, and grab bars (barrier-free design) to enhance usability.
Auxiliary Systems
- Ventilation and Lighting: Air circulation is achieved through louvers and exhaust fans, with LED lighting combined with hidden lighting designs providing ample light. Smart public toilets are additionally equipped with human-machine coexistence disinfection lamps for automatic timed sterilization.
- Smart Control (Optional): Integrates sensor door locks, occupied/unoccupied signs, environmental monitoring screens (displaying temperature/humidity/air quality), and controls air conditioning, ventilation, and lighting switches via touchscreens to improve management efficiency.
- Water, Electricity, and Sewage: Independent water tanks and inlet/outlet pipes ensure water supply, with some connected to municipal networks or equipped with mobile sewage tanks; the main power switch and waterproof sockets ensure electrical safety.
Customized Design
Sizes are flexible, with common single-unit dimensions around 1.1m×2.3m, supporting customization as needed; toilet layouts can be divided into separate male/female units, barrier-free restrooms, or management rooms. The exterior is compatible with frosted glass doors and windows, breathing light status indicators, and scenic/urban-style exteriors to meet diverse scenario demands.
The mobile public toilet adopts modular assembly, with the base, side panels, and roof fixed by slots, allowing for quick disassembly and transportation, suitable for temporary events, scenic spots, and other scenarios.
