Plant No. 2 is designed to have an annual production capacity of up to 200,000 cubic meters of prefabricated components. After being put into operation, it will form a total production capacity target of 400,000 cubic meters together with Plant No. 1. Phase I of the base covers an area of 400 acres and has three functional areas: a component forming area, a concrete production area, and an auxiliary production area. The concrete production area has a separate enclosed workshop with two HZS180 mixing plants installed inside. It adopts an automatic feeding method and operates in a fully enclosed environment, which can simultaneously supply the prefabricated component production of Plant No. 1 and Plant No. 2, achieving green and energy-saving production.
