Established in Chengde in 2018, it boasts a modern production base covering an area of 50,000 square meters, focusing on the research and development, production, and full-chain construction services of prefabricated green integrated housing. Its product range is diverse, covering five major categories including rural self-built houses, prefabricated villas, scenic space capsules, and characteristic cultural and tourism housing, meeting the diverse market demands of residential and cultural tourism sectors. The company adopts a 'factory prefabrication, on-site assembly' model, completing the main structure construction in just 45 days, reducing construction waste by 80%, and offering a low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and time-saving solution. Since expanding into online business in 2023, through a multi-platform operational matrix, it has explored a full-link operational model, achieving remarkable results in live streaming. In 2025, live streaming accounted for over 70% of total online transactions.
