Chengan Mobile Toilet Design
Chengan mobile toilet design focuses on scenario adaptability, incorporating climate adaptability, environmental protection and hygiene, noise reduction and shock absorption, modular recycling, and convenient assembly and disassembly, forming a scientific and flexible solution.

Multi-Scenario Adaptability Design
Chengan mobile toilets offer differentiated models for various usage scenarios. For rural markets or small celebrations, a lightweight design is adopted, featuring a simple structure and easy mobility. For construction sites with longer durations, water-saving models are equipped, reducing water consumption through optimized flushing systems. For the elderly or those with special needs, units with barrier-free access are provided to ensure easy passage. In sports event scenarios, equipment selection is closely related to the scale of the event: single-stall lightweight models are used for small fun games, double-stall models with sinks are used for medium-sized track and field events or five-a-side football matches, and integrated units with lighting, anti-slip ramps, and barrier-free access are used for large-scale public events to meet high pedestrian traffic demands.
Climate Adaptability Design
In response to Chengan's distinct four-season climate, equipment undergoes localized verification to ensure stability. For winter freeze prevention, sewage tanks and pipelines are covered with insulation layers to prevent low-temperature freezing and blockage. For summer rain protection, roof eaves and drainage channels are designed to prevent heavy rain from flooding. For flood season moisture prevention, a raised chassis structure is adopted,兼顾 (which means 'taking into account' in Chinese, here it should be removed in English context) daily drainage needs. Sports event equipment is further optimized with adjustable feet at the bottom to adapt to different ground conditions such as soil, hardened surfaces, or temporary lawns. The cabin is treated with rain and dust-proof structures to ensure normal operation in harsh weather.
Environmental Protection and Hygiene Design
All equipment is equipped with anti-slip floors, antibacterial interior wall coatings, efficient exhaust systems, and sealed sewage tanks to eliminate odor retention and liquid leakage from the source. Sports event equipment further incorporates biodegradable systems or vacuum toilet modules to reduce water consumption and sewage overflow risks. Internally, antibacterial-coated walls, LED induction lighting, touchless soap dispensers, and hand dryers are used to lower the possibility of cross-infection. Additionally, some models reserve solar panel interfaces to align with the concept of low-carbon event hosting.
Noise Reduction and Shock Absorption Design
Equipment selects quiet pump sets and shock-absorbing base structures to control decibel levels within a reasonable range during standby and operation, making it particularly suitable for noise-sensitive locations such as schools, residential areas, or night construction sites to reduce noise interference.
Modular and Recyclable Design
The main body is manufactured using recyclable steel and high-strength composite panels, with anti-corrosion spray coatings on the surface to extend service life. Modular design supports rapid assembly and disassembly. Some models, such as those from Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd., offer separate male and female toilet options, with white pointed-roof models featuring a central sink and gray models being independent male and female toilets, equipped with squat toilets, balancing functionality and aesthetics.
Installation and Disassembly Design
Technicians conduct on-site surveys in advance. A single unit can usually be installed within 90 minutes without the need for concrete foundations or long-term road occupancy during construction. During disassembly, the entire unit is recovered efficiently and orderly, with the ground restored to its original condition. Sports event equipment transport vehicles are equipped with hydraulic loading and unloading platforms, enabling single-unit positioning and fixation within 30 minutes. During disassembly, waste is simultaneously recovered to achieve efficient full-process management.
