Changzhou Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin September 21, 2026

The commonly used materials for mobile toilets in Changzhou include color-coated steel plates, stainless steel, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), and composite materials, each with its own characteristics and suitable for different scenarios.

Color-coated steel plates are composed of color-coated steel sheets and core materials such as foam or rock wool. They are lightweight, easy to install, and relatively inexpensive, making them widely used in temporary venues like events and construction sites. However, when evaluating mobile toilets made of color-coated steel plates, attention should be paid to the thickness of the plates, as thicker plates provide better structural strength; the method of frame reinforcement is also crucial, as proper reinforcement enhances overall stability; and the waterproof sealing process at the seams cannot be overlooked, as good sealing effectively prevents rainwater leakage and keeps the interior of the toilet dry.

Mobile toilets made of stainless steel are strong, corrosion-resistant, durable, and have a modern and simple appearance. They are highly suitable for parks, squares, scenic spots, and other places with high requirements for hygiene and aesthetics. In terms of durability and ease of cleaning, stainless steel performs excellently, requiring only simple wiping for daily cleaning to maintain cleanliness. However, its initial cost is relatively high, which limits its application in some projects with limited budgets to a certain extent.

Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) is made of glass fibers and synthetic resins, featuring light weight and high strength, as well as corrosion resistance and aging resistance. It can be molded into various shapes to meet the personalized needs of different venues. It is suitable for outdoor venues with complex environments such as tourist attractions and beaches. Mobile toilets made of FRP are molded in one piece, reducing splicing seams and further enhancing corrosion resistance. However, they may experience color fading and aging under long-term exposure to sunlight, so the sunshine conditions of the usage environment should be considered when selecting them.

Composite materials combine the advantages of multiple materials and may achieve a balance between durability and portability. This material offers more possibilities for the design and manufacturing of mobile toilets, allowing for optimized configurations according to specific needs to meet the performance requirements of mobile toilets in different scenarios.
