Changzhi Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

The Changzhi vehicle-mounted mobile toilet is a mobile sanitation facility transformed from a large vehicle chassis platform, featuring flexible deployment, integrated functions, and eco-friendly treatment capabilities.

I. Structure and Functional Zones
The Changzhi vehicle-mounted mobile toilet uses the vehicle chassis as its carrier and is internally divided into three functional zones:

  1. Front Storage Compartment: Used for storing spare consumables such as cleaning tools, toilet paper, and disinfectants, ensuring convenience for daily maintenance.
  2. Middle Independent Compartment: Equipped with ceramic or composite material flush toilets, providing a user experience similar to that of fixed toilets. Some high-end models also include sinks, mirrors, and other facilities.
  3. Rear Treatment System: Houses the sewage storage and preliminary treatment tank, made of corrosion-resistant materials and equipped with a liquid level monitoring device to display tank capacity in real-time, preventing overflow risks. The connections are designed with multiple seals to prevent leakage and odor diffusion.

II. Energy and Resource Supply

  1. Power Supply: Adopts a dual-system parallel mode, with power provided by both the vehicle's battery pack and a silent generator, ensuring normal operation even without an external power source.
  2. Water Management: The freshwater tank is installed on the roof or beneath the chassis, with a capacity designed according to the vehicle model to meet long-term usage needs. Sewage is collected in a dedicated tank, and a negative pressure ventilation system maintains fresh air inside.
  3. Eco-friendly Treatment: Some models integrate automatic addition functions for biological enzymes or chemical degradation agents, which can preliminarily decompose organic matter in sewage, reducing odors and pollution.

III. Usage Process and Maintenance

  1. Deployment Phase: The service provider needs to assess the number of vehicles and parking locations based on the scale, location, and duration of the event. Upon arrival, the vehicle must be connected to an external power source or the generator started, freshwater filled, and the sewage tank status confirmed.
  2. Usage Phase: The negative pressure ventilation system operates continuously to ensure air circulation; the automatic addition of degradation agents reduces the frequency of manual intervention.
  3. Wrap-up Phase: When the service period ends or the tank is nearly full, the vehicle must be driven to a designated sewage discharge station to transfer waste, followed by thorough cleaning and disinfection to prevent cross-contamination.

IV. Materials and Types
Wholesale types include mobile toilets, eco-friendly toilets, luxury toilets, etc., with materials covering stainless steel, steel structures, color-coated steel, anti-corrosion wood, light steel, and plastics. Appropriate models can be selected based on usage scenarios (such as outdoor events, temporary construction sites, disaster relief) and budget.
