Changle Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Changle should be carried out systematically in an orderly manner, as detailed below:

I. Pre-installation Preparations
Site Inspection and Confirmation
Conduct an on-site inspection of the planned installation location, focusing on assessing the flatness and firmness of the ground. Confirm that there are no underground pipelines, cables, or other obstacles beneath or around the installation point. Additionally, plan the access routes for transport vehicles and lifting equipment to ensure sufficient operating space and avoid installation interruptions due to site constraints.Foundation Preparation
Select the foundation type based on the size and weight of the mobile toilet, with common options including concrete foundations, asphalt or hardened flat ground, and matching piers. After foundation construction, verify the levelness, ensuring that errors are within the allowable range; otherwise, subsequent box fixation and pipe connections may be affected.Equipment and Personnel Preparation
Required installation tools include cranes, forklifts, spirit levels, wrenches, and electrical tools. Personnel should be familiar with the structure and installation process of mobile toilets and possess lifting and electrical operation qualifications. Additionally, transport the mobile toilet units to the vicinity of the site in advance and inspect their appearance and internal equipment for damage.
II. Positioning and Fixing the Main Box
Lifting and Positioning
Use a crane or forklift to lift the box steadily, ensuring that the lifting ropes are attached to the designated lifting points to prevent deformation due to uneven force. Slowly move it above the foundation, then gently lower it so that the fixing holes at the bottom of the box align with the pre-embedded bolts or structures on the foundation, and lightly place it on the foundation surface.Leveling and Fixing
After the box is in place, use a spirit level to measure the levelness at multiple points on the bottom frame. If there is any tilt, insert thin steel plates or other shims between the box and the foundation for fine adjustment. After leveling, tighten the nuts to connect the fixing components at the bottom of the box with the pre-embedded bolts on the foundation, ensuring that the box is stable and does not shake.
III. Pipe System Connection
The pipe system of mobile toilets includes water supply pipes and drainage pipes (septic tanks or sewage pipes). When connecting the water supply system, locate the reserved water supply interface on the box, use pipe materials that meet drinking water standards to connect the external water supply network to the toilet inlet, and seal the connection points with Teflon tape or sealant to prevent leaks. For drainage pipe connections, ensure a reasonable slope to prevent sewage backflow or blockage.
Note: The installation of integrated mobile toilets (such as box-type toilets) is simpler. The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration, and only lifting into place and connecting water, electricity, and sewage pipes are required on-site, reducing the overall installation time to 2-4 hours. The installation process should refer to standards such as the "Hygiene Code for Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene compliance.
