Cement Prefabricated House Specifications
The specifications of cement prefabricated houses vary depending on design requirements and functional needs. Common specifications can be divided into two categories: standard sizes and custom sizes, as detailed below:

I. Common Specifications by Floor Level
Single-story cement prefabricated houses typically have a maximum width of 12 meters, with lengths ranging from 3 meters to longer dimensions that can be customized as needed, suitable for small temporary structures or scenarios with low space requirements. Double-story cement prefabricated houses also commonly have a maximum width of 12 meters, with lengths typically around 5 meters, adjustable according to needs, ideal for scenarios requiring increased usable area but limited by footprint. Triple-story cement prefabricated houses commonly have a maximum width of 12 meters, with lengths generally around 7 meters, supporting customization, suitable for scenarios with high vertical space requirements, such as community activity centers or small commercial buildings.
II. Standard-Size Prefabricated Cement Houses
- 3m × 6m: Suitable for small temporary structures, such as construction site offices or duty rooms, offering compact space and easy rapid assembly.
- 4m × 8m: Medium-sized, commonly used for rural self-built houses, storage buildings, or small shops, balancing practicality and cost-effectiveness.
- 5m × 10m: Larger space, ideal for family homes, community activity centers, or commercial buildings, meeting the needs of multiple occupants or storage requirements.
III. Custom-Size Prefabricated Cement Houses
- Width Adjustment: Typically within the range of 3 meters to 4 meters, with 10 centimeters as a size unit (e.g., 3.1 meters, 3.2 meters, etc.); some requirements can exceed conventional ranges, such as widths of 7.2 meters or 7.6 meters. The width range of the new fourth-generation molds can be extended from 4.5 meters to 10 meters, offering higher flexibility.
- Length Customization: Can be flexibly adjusted according to site conditions, such as 6.6 meters (outer diameter), etc. Some projects even support customization of longer dimensions to meet special terrain or functional requirements.
- Other Parameters: Height, number of floors, etc., can also be customized, such as single-story or double-story structures, designed in conjunction with usage scenarios and foundation bearing capacity.
IV. Customization Considerations
During the actual customization process, factors such as transportation, installation, and foundation bearing capacity must be comprehensively considered. For example, oversized dimensions may increase transportation difficulty, requiring advance route planning; foundations must be reinforced according to the weight and number of floors of the house to ensure safety and compliance. Additionally, custom dimensions should prioritize meeting usage needs while avoiding excessive design that increases costs.
