Cement Prefabricated House Processing Contract

Admin September 18, 2026

The cement prefabricated house processing contract is a written agreement that clarifies the rights and obligations of both parties (Party A and Party B) in the processing, delivery, acceptance, and payment of cement prefabricated house components. Its core clauses cover contract principles, product specifications, quality requirements, quantity and price, delivery and acceptance, payment methods, liability for breach of contract, confidentiality clauses, dispute resolution, and other matters.

I. Contract Principles and Basic Requirements
The contract shall adhere to the principles of equality, voluntariness, fairness, and good faith. Party B shall process the components strictly in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and technical requirements provided by Party A. Any modifications must be confirmed in writing by Party A to ensure the clarity and traceability of the production basis.

II. Product Specifications and Quality Standards
In terms of specifications, Party B shall use Party A's drawings as the sole basis for production and shall not make any adjustments without written confirmation. The quality standards must meet both relevant national standards (such as the GB/T series) and Party A's special requirements. Party B shall complete self-inspection before leaving the factory and provide a quality inspection report. Party A has the right to supervise the production process and request immediate rectification if any issues are found to ensure that the products comply with technical specifications.

III. Quantity, Price, Delivery, and Acceptance
The quantity shall be determined according to Party A's order, and Party B shall ensure timely delivery. The price includes product costs, processing fees, transportation fees, etc., and shall be executed according to the price list agreed upon by both parties. During delivery, Party B shall complete loading and transportation as per Party A's requirements for time and location. Party B shall be responsible for any damage or loss during transportation. Party A shall raise written objections within 3 days of receiving the goods and issue an acceptance report and sign for confirmation upon successful acceptance, forming a closed-loop quality management system.

IV. Payment Methods and Liability for Breach of Contract
Payment is usually divided into two stages: an advance payment (XX% of the total contract price paid after contract signing) and a final payment (the remaining amount paid after acceptance, with Party B providing a formal invoice). In terms of liability for breach of contract, Party B shall compensate for losses and pay a penalty of XX% of the total contract price per day for late delivery or non-compliant quality. Party A shall pay a penalty for late payment, and Party B may terminate the contract if the delay exceeds XX days. If the contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure, both parties shall resolve it through negotiation or terminate the contract without bearing liability for breach of contract.

V. Confidentiality and Dispute Resolution
Both parties shall keep trade secrets and technical secrets confidential and shall not disclose them to third parties without written consent. Dispute resolution shall be prioritized through negotiation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with the court at the contract signing location, and the laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply.

VI. Other Clauses
The contract shall be made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and shall take effect upon signature and sealing. Matters not covered herein may be addressed in a supplementary agreement, which shall have equal effect with this contract. The contract shall be valid until the completion of the project, and both parties may negotiate for renewal.
