Cement Prefabricated House Factory Management

Admin September 18, 2026

The management of a cement prefabricated house factory should be systematically advanced from aspects such as organizational structure, production process, quality inspection, safety operations, and personnel responsibility division:

I. Organizational Structure and Job Responsibilities A clear hierarchical management system should be established to define the functions of each department. The factory director oversees the overall operations, while the deputy directors are responsible for core areas such as production and technology. The Production Department handles planning and on-site scheduling, the Technology Department provides process support and issues drawings, the Quality Department conducts full-process inspections and maintains traceability records, the Safety Department leads training and hazard identification, the Equipment Department manages the full lifecycle of equipment maintenance, the Warehousing Department oversees raw material and finished product inventory, the Logistics Department ensures employee well-being, the Human Resources Department handles recruitment and performance evaluations, the Finance Department controls costs and funds, the Purchasing Department optimizes the supply chain, and the Sales Department expands markets and maintains customer relationships. Departments must collaborate effectively; for example, after the Production Department formulates a plan, it must notify the Technology, Purchasing, and Warehousing Departments for coordinated execution.

II. Production Process Control Strict adherence to standardized operations is required:

  1. Mold Preparation: Check flatness and dimensional accuracy, and apply a release agent to prevent sticking.
  2. Raw Material Proportions: Follow Technology Department standards, with measurement errors for cement, sand, and gravel controlled within ±1%, and mixing time of no less than 2 minutes.
  3. Pouring and Vibration: Pour in layers (each layer ≤30 cm), with the vibrator inserted 5 cm into the lower layer until surface bleeding occurs.
  4. Curing: Cover with geotextile and sprinkle water for curing at room temperature for ≥7 days (steam curing at ≥5°C is required in winter).
  5. Demolding and Stacking: Demold after the concrete reaches 70% of its design strength, stack finished products by specification, with underlying wooden blocks spaced ≤1 meter apart and a stacking height of ≤3 layers.

III. Quality Inspection Standards Full-process testing is required:

  1. Raw Material Inspection: Cement must provide 3-day (≥22 MPa) and 28-day (≥42.5 MPa) strength reports, with a stone crushing value ≤15%, mud content <1%, sand fineness modulus of 2.3-3.0, and mud content <3%.
  2. Concrete Sample Testing: One set of samples should be made for every 50 cubic meters, with a standard curing period of 28 days and a compressive strength ≥30 MPa.
  3. Finished Product Factory Inspection: Dimensional deviations should be ≤±5 mm, and products with wall honeycomb areas >20 cm² or pitted surfaces >50 cm² are considered unqualified.

IV. Safety Operation Specifications Prevention and emergency response capabilities should be strengthened: The Safety and Environmental Protection Department should organize regular training covering equipment operation, fire safety, and other knowledge; conduct monthly hazard inspections, focusing on electrical wiring, mold lifting, and other critical areas; and carry out quarterly emergency drills simulating scenarios such as fires and collapses to ensure employees master evacuation and rescue skills.

V. Personnel Responsibility Division The principle of "whoever is in charge is responsible" should be implemented: For example, the Technology Department is responsible for quality issues arising from process errors, the Production Department for schedule delays, and the Quality Department for missed inspection incidents. By establishing job descriptions and performance evaluation mechanisms, responsibility can be traced, and issues can be rectified.
