Electric Boiler for Cement Prefabricated Houses
The electric boilers used in cement prefabricated houses are mainly for steam curing. Common types include 72kW, 216kW, and 36kW electric steam generators, and the power should be selected and installed according to project requirements.

Application Scenarios and Power Selection
In projects producing 10,000 cubic meters of cement houses annually, two 0.1 t/h, 72kW electric heating boilers are typically used for steam curing. These boilers are only activated when the temperature is below 20°C, operating for about 120 days a year and 5 hours a day. They accelerate cement curing through steam heating, shortening the curing cycle. If the project scale expands or the curing demand increases, larger-power electric boilers can be selected, such as the 216kW electric heating steam generator, which costs about 22,000 yuan per unit and is suitable for large-scale concrete curing production. The 36kW electric steam generator (costing about 1,800 yuan per unit) is more suitable for the steam curing needs of small cement products, offering lower costs but limited steam output.
Product Types and Cost Comparison
There are significant differences in the power and prices of electric boilers on the market, and selection should be based on specific uses:
- 72 kW Electric Steam Generator: Priced at about 3,400 yuan per unit, it is a commonly used model for cement curing, balancing power and cost, and suitable for medium-sized projects.
- 216 kW Electric Heating Steam Generator: Higher in price but with large steam output, suitable for scenarios requiring rapid heating or large-scale curing.
- 36 kW Electric Steam Generator: The lowest in cost, but only suitable for curing in small or low-temperature environments, with limited steam supply capacity.
Installation and Construction Requirements
The installation of electric boilers should be combined with the structural characteristics of cement prefabricated boiler houses:
- Boiler House Construction: Using prefabricated concrete components for assembly construction can shorten the construction period and improve structural stability.
- Equipment Foundation Treatment: The boiler foundation requires foundation treatment to ensure that the bearing capacity meets the design load requirements, avoiding settlement due to vibration or high temperature.
- Safety Regulations: Installation must comply with electrical safety standards, such as grounding protection and leakage protection, while reserving maintenance space for easy later maintenance.
Operation Precautions
The operating efficiency of electric boilers is significantly affected by ambient temperature, and heating time needs to be extended in low-temperature environments to ensure steam supply. In addition, regularly cleaning scale and checking circuit connections can extend equipment life and reduce failure rates. For intermittent use scenarios (such as seasonal curing), it is recommended to select models with automatic start-stop functions to save energy.
