Design of Cement Prefabricated Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

The design of cement prefabricated houses features diversity and can be innovatively designed by combining different styles and structural characteristics.

In terms of style types, cement prefabricated houses can be designed in Chinese or European styles. The Chinese style can draw on traditional architectural elements such as upturned eaves,斗拱 (dougong, bracket sets in traditional Chinese architecture), carved doors and windows, etc. These elements can be precisely presented through cement prefabrication technology, creating an atmosphere of ancient simplicity and elegance. The European style can incorporate elements such as Roman columns, arches, and carved decorations. For example, four Roman columns can be erected in front of a self-built rural house, with carved patterns on the columns and eaves, showcasing an exotic beauty and adding unique decorative effects to the house.

In terms of structural design, some cement prefabricated houses adopt a full-frame shear wall structure, which is cast in one piece through molds, forming an integrated load-bearing system of “L-shaped columns + rectangular beams + floor slabs”. This structure not only ensures the stability and safety of the house but also provides more possibilities for design. Due to modular integrated design, each module has pre-embedded water and electricity pipelines and insulation layers, and waterproof tests are completed before leaving the factory. After on-site hoisting, only simple processing is required to achieve “move-in readiness”, allowing the design to focus more on the aesthetic appeal and personalization of the appearance.

In addition, the design of cement prefabricated houses can also consider integration with the surrounding environment. For example, in rural areas, house designs can be combined with local natural landscapes and folk cultures to create architectural forms with regional characteristics. In urban areas, modern architectural styles and urban planning requirements can be combined to create fashionable and imposing architectural images. At the same time, the visual effect of the house can be enhanced through color matching and material selection to better meet people's aesthetic needs.
