Construction Process of Cement Prefabricated Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

The construction process of cement prefabricated houses mainly includes six stages: preliminary preparation, application and approval, foundation construction, main structure erection, construction supervision, and completion acceptance, as detailed below:

I. Preliminary Preparation and Procedure Handling

It is necessary to confirm the land nature (such as homestead land or private plots) and ensure clear ownership, adhering to the principle of 'one household, one house'. This means that household registration, the number of family members, and existing housing conditions must meet local housing construction regulations. Simultaneously, prepare application materials, including identity cards, household registration books, land use rights certificates, and housing construction application forms (which should specify the reasons for construction, location, area, and design information).

II. Application and Approval

  1. Submit Application: Submit the housing construction application to the village group and village committee. After review and approval, it should be publicly announced and reported to the township government.
  2. Planning Permission: Submit the architectural design plan to ensure compliance with urban and rural planning and overall land use planning. Upon approval, issue the 'Rural Construction Planning Permit'.
  3. Homestead Approval: The township government reviews the applicant's eligibility, site selection rationality, and area compliance before issuing the 'Rural Homestead Approval Certificate'.
  4. Construction Permit: Provide construction drawings, construction contracts, and other materials to ensure the construction unit has the necessary qualifications. Upon approval, issue the construction permit.

III. Foundation and Foundation Construction

  1. Level the Foundation: Clear weeds and excavate foundation pits, ensuring the measured depth and ground height meet design requirements.
  2. Pour Concrete: In some cases, steel bars may not be used, but white plastic sheets are laid to prevent water loss and promote hydration reactions to enhance concrete strength.
  3. Install Prefabricated Piles: Use a drill to bore holes, secure the base plates with expansion screws, and lift prefabricated foundation piles (each weighing approximately 5 tons) using a crane, leaving预留孔 (reserved holes) for easy lifting.

IV. Main Structure Erection

  1. Assemble Beams: Fix with nuts and adjust the level, filling gaps with foam glue to secure supports. Seal nut fixtures with cement to prevent rust.
  2. Lift Stairs: Install prefabricated stair components like building blocks.
  3. Lay Floor Slabs: Lay 5-centimeter-thick prefabricated floor slabs.
  4. Grout Gaps: Grout all gaps between prefabricated components to enhance structural integrity.

V. Construction and Supervision

Construction must strictly adhere to the approved area, number of floors, height, and other requirements to ensure construction quality and safety. Simultaneously, cooperate with environmental and safety inspections and accept inspections and supervision from township construction management departments and other relevant authorities.

VI. Completion Acceptance and Property Registration

After the house is completed, apply for completion acceptance. Relevant departments organize on-site inspections to check compliance with planning and quality standards. Upon passing the inspection, issue a completion acceptance certificate. Use this certificate, along with the 'Rural Construction Planning Permit', 'Rural Homestead Approval Certificate', and other materials, to apply for real estate registration. Upon approval, issue the 'Real Estate Ownership Certificate'.
