Cement Prefabricated House Construction Process
Admin September 18, 2026
The construction process of cement prefabricated houses mainly includes steps such as construction preparation, construction surveying and setting-out, foundation construction, prefabricated component fabrication and installation, wall treatment, installation of doors, windows and pipelines, roof construction, interior decoration, and completion acceptance.

- Construction Preparation: For materials, select standard P.O42.5 cement, medium sand, crushed stone, etc. Cement prefabricated components must be qualified upon leaving the factory, with a flat and crack-free surface. Prepare admixtures and joint materials as needed. In terms of machinery and tools, equip with mixers, transport vehicles, installation equipment, measuring tools, and quality inspection tools. For personnel, arrange various professionals such as project managers and technical leaders. On-site, clear the site, set up temporary facilities, lay transport roads, and install water and electricity facilities.
- Construction Surveying and Setting-out: Establish a surveying control network, with control points laid out at key locations such as exterior wall corners and axis intersection points, and conduct rechecks. Release the main axes of the building according to the control network, ensuring accurate positioning with a theodolite and conducting rechecks. Set up elevation control points on-site, measure with a level, and lay them out around and in the middle of the building, conducting rechecks.
- Foundation Construction: First, carry out foundation excavation, determine the scope and depth, provide slope support during excavation, and clean the foundation base upon completion. Then, pour the foundation cushion using C10 concrete, with a thickness of 100mm, pour evenly and vibrate densely, and cure for no less than 7 days. Next, bind the foundation reinforcement, ensuring correct positioning and spacing according to the design drawings, and conduct concealed work acceptance upon completion. Then, install the foundation formwork, using wooden or steel formwork, requiring flatness and firmness, install according to the axis position, and conduct rechecks. Finally, pour the foundation concrete using C30 concrete, control the slump at around 180mm, pour evenly and vibrate densely, and conduct curing after pouring.
- Prefabricated Component Fabrication and Installation: Fabricate prefabricated cement components in the factory according to the design drawings, and then assemble the prefabricated components according to the design requirements, including three-dimensional connection of wall panels, floor installation, and beam-column fixation, accurately measuring and adjusting to ensure tight connections and a sturdy structure.
- Wall Treatment: Treat the wall surface for flatness and decoration, such as plastering, painting, and bricklaying, to enhance the appearance and durability of the building.
- Installation of Doors, Windows and Pipelines: Install door and window frames, ensure proper sealing and fixation, and arrange and install water, electricity, and gas pipelines.
- Roof Construction: Build the roof structure, lay the roofing, and carry out waterproofing treatment.
- Interior Decoration: Carry out interior decoration and finishing work such as floor laying, wall decoration, and ceiling installation.
- Completion Acceptance: After construction is completed, conduct a comprehensive acceptance and inspection to ensure that the building meets design requirements and relevant regulations.
