Cement Prefabricated House Construction Guide

Admin September 18, 2026

The construction of cement prefabricated houses mainly includes four stages: preparation, production of components, on-site assembly and construction, and post-maintenance and management.

Preparation Stage: Site selection and evaluation are crucial. It is necessary to ensure that the construction site has stable geology and a suitable surrounding environment, avoiding potential risks such as landslides and floods. Develop a detailed design plan according to requirements, clarifying the house structure, dimensions, and functional layout. Simultaneously, prepare building materials such as cement and steel bars, as well as tools and equipment like molds and connectors. The materials must comply with national standards and have quality inspection reports. Construction personnel should receive safety training, be familiar with operating procedures, set up safety warning signs on-site, and be equipped with protective gear to ensure construction safety.

Component Production Stage: Produce prefabricated components (such as wall modules) in the factory according to the design plan. After pouring concrete into the molds, use vibration equipment to eliminate air bubbles and ensure density, then smooth the surface. After the concrete solidifies, remove the molds and cure the components (such as by spraying water for moisture retention or covering with film). Grind the edges to precise dimensions. Continuously calibrate the levelness of the modules during this period to avoid deviations during assembly. At the same time, conduct spot checks on raw materials to ensure that indicators such as strength and durability meet standards.

On-site Assembly and Construction Stage:

  • Foundation Treatment: Clean the homestead and level the soil layer, covering it with polypropylene film to isolate moisture. Pour concrete into the foundation pit through a conveying pump to form a solid foundation. After the cement dries, fix bolts and right-angle brackets in the planned area, hoist cement piers, and install ground beams to enhance structural stability.
  • Main Body Assembly: Hoist the prefabricated components to the designated positions in sequence and firmly assemble them using connecting fixtures (such as bolts and welding). Fill gaps and holes, backfill the foundation pit and compact it, and lay polypropylene film again. Stack foam boards to improve thermal insulation performance, and finally pour the ground floor.
  • Facility Installation: Lay water and electricity pipelines, install electrical equipment such as distribution boxes and switch sockets, ensuring reasonable circuit layout and waterproofing and leakage prevention. During acceptance, check the flatness, perpendicularity, and connection firmness of the main structure to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Post-maintenance and Management Stage: Regularly inspect the house structure (such as wall cracks and loose connectors) and ancillary equipment (such as aging water and electricity lines), and promptly repair hidden dangers. Conduct waterproofing treatment on the roof and exterior walls every 2-3 years, clean drainage pipes to avoid water accumulation and leakage. Update thermal insulation materials or electrical equipment according to usage conditions to extend the service life of the house and improve living comfort.
