Cement Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin September 21, 2026
The installation of cement mobile toilets should follow the steps and precautions below:

I. Pre-installation Preparations
- Site Survey: Choose a flat, solid location away from main construction roads and pollution sources, with a slightly higher elevation than the surrounding ground to prevent water accumulation. If near a river or water source, ensure sufficient buffer distance from the water protection area.
- Material Verification: Check the integrity of the toilet box and ensure all accessories (such as door locks, flush valves, and sewage pipes) are complete. Contact the supplier promptly for replacements if any damage occurs during transportation.
- Foundation Preparation:
- For soil ground, compact it and lay a 10-15 cm gravel bed. For soft soil, pour a concrete base or set up prefabricated cement piers.
- For hardened ground, check the flatness, ensure a load-bearing capacity of ≥200kg/㎡ (for single-person toilets), and reserve positions for septic tanks or sewage outlets.
- Equipment and Tool Preparation: Prepare forklifts or cranes according to the toilet size, and equip with tools such as level gauges, tape measures, and wrenches, as well as materials like sealant, pipes, and anchor bolts.
- Product Inspection: Verify that all components (main box, sanitary ware, lighting, and ventilation equipment) are complete, check the toilet box structure for transportation damage, and read the installation instructions.
II. On-site Installation Steps
- Toilet Box Positioning: Lift the box steadily through the lifting points, measure and adjust its levelness with a level gauge, and use hard shims for leveling if necessary.
- Drainage Connection: Connect the sewage pipe to the drainage system or sump pit, seal the interface, and install an anti-backflow valve, maintaining a slope of ≥2%.
- Water Supply Pipe Connection: For direct water supply, connect the inlet with a flexible hose or PPR pipe, and use Teflon tape or sealing washers to prevent leaks.
- System Commissioning: Test the flushing function and drainage smoothness to ensure no water accumulation.
- Ventilation and Lighting: Install exhaust fans if natural ventilation is insufficient, with exhaust outlets facing areas with fewer people; for night use, connect waterproof and explosion-proof lighting circuits.
- Lightning Protection and Grounding: In areas prone to thunderstorms, install independent lightning rods, and ensure the grounding resistance of the metal frame is ≤10 ohms.
- Internal and External Inspection: Confirm that internal facilities are secure and external seals are free from water or air leaks.
III. Use and Maintenance
- Daily Cleaning: Clean daily and replenish consumables, and disinfect regularly.
- Regular Maintenance: Inspect circuits, valves, and flushing systems monthly, and report faults promptly for repair.
- Safety Tips: Set up clear signs, install warning posts or reflective stickers near vehicle traffic areas, add warning lights at night, and keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
