Cement Brick Mobile Toilet

Admin October 10, 2026

The situation of cement brick mobile toilets needs to be analyzed according to different scenarios. Common types include fixed and mobile ones, with their characteristics and costs as follows:

Cement Brick Fixed Toilets: Focused on civil construction, suitable for long-term use scenarios

In Sichuan and the southwest regions, the installation quotation for cement brick fixed toilets usually includes four parts: civil construction, material costs, labor costs, and machinery costs. However, it should be noted that some quotations may not cover items such as septic tank excavation, waterproof coatings, and tile paving, and additional costs may be incurred for later additions. These toilets use red bricks, cement, and sand as basic materials, building walls with cement mortar and applying plastering and waterproofing treatments to the surface. Their advantages lie in controllable costs and strong spatial plasticity, but they have obvious shortcomings:

  • Risk of sewage infiltration: The brick-concrete structure has poor sealing performance, and sewage can easily infiltrate the walls, polluting the underground environment;
  • High foundation requirements: With a large self-weight, they require a solid foundation for support. In northern regions, frost heaving can easily cause wall cracks;
  • Long construction period: On-site masonry, plastering, and other processes rely on manual labor, resulting in a long construction period and high labor input.
    This type of solution is mostly used in in-situ renovation and expansion projects, such as when some original structures need to be retained in rural dry toilet renovations.

Cement Prefabricated Component Toilets: Factory prefabrication + on-site assembly, balancing efficiency and performance

In recent years, cement prefabricated components, including septic tanks, toilet wall panels, and floor panels, have been widely used in rural dry toilet renovations. Their core advantages are:

  • Fast construction speed: The components are produced in advance in the factory, and only need to be assembled on-site, greatly shortening the construction period;
  • Strong sealing performance: The integrated prefabricated septic tank has better sealing performance than the brick-concrete structure, reducing the risk of sewage leakage;
  • Stable quality: Standardized factory production avoids on-site construction errors, and the overall strength and compressive performance are better.
    However, it should be noted:
  • Transportation limitations: The components are relatively heavy and require professional equipment for lifting. Transportation in remote rural areas is more difficult;
  • Anti-seepage requirements: The surface is prone to capillary pores, so anti-seepage coatings should be applied inside and outside during production. Long-term outdoor use requires prevention of weathering problems.

Mobile Cement Toilets: Flexible deployment, suitable for temporary or mobile scenarios

Taking the new rural mobile toilet in Maoming, Guangdong as an example, it adopts the mobile type of cement movable house with a price of 10,500 yuan per set. This type of toilet achieves mobility through overall structural design, combining the stability of a cement structure with the flexibility of a mobile toilet. It is suitable for scenarios such as scenic spots, construction sites, and temporary events, but requires regular maintenance to prevent structural aging.
