Camping Portable Toilet
The camping portable toilet is usually composed of a toilet tent and a folding toilet, etc. It can meet privacy needs such as outdoor toilet use, changing clothes, and showering, and has the characteristics of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport.

Common Combination Forms
Common camping portable toilet products often adopt the combination of a toilet tent and a folding toilet. For example, a portable mobile toilet tent for outdoor travel will be equipped with a vehicle-mounted folding toilet and a multi-colored tent, and will also provide curing agents and garbage bags. The curing agent can be used to treat excrement, and the garbage bag is convenient for collection and cleaning. This combination form provides campers with a relatively private and convenient toilet environment outdoors.
Tent Material and Function
Some tents for camping portable toilets have unique designs in terms of material and function. Taking the Youkedadi outdoor shower tent (green with two windows) as an example, it is made of thickened Oxford cloth, which has windproof and waterproof functions and can effectively cope with complex and changeable outdoor weather conditions. Its size is 120×120×190CM, allowing adults to stand upright inside. The internal space is relatively spacious, making it more comfortable to use. Moreover, it has a waterproof base pad at the bottom to prevent ground moisture from seeping in, further improving the convenience and comfort of use. It is very suitable for temporary toilet use or changing clothes in camping scenarios.
Classification of Portable Toilets
- By Structure: They can be divided into single-unit or composite structures. The single-unit structure is relatively simple, occupies less space, and is suitable for camping scenarios with a small number of people; the composite structure has richer functions and may contain multiple functional areas, such as having both toilet and changing-clothes functions, suitable for camping teams with a large number of people or high privacy needs.
- By Moving Method: They are divided into hoisting, portable, or power-towing types. Hoisting-type portable toilets usually require professional equipment for hoisting and moving; portable ones are relatively flexible and can be carried manually; power-towing ones can be connected to vehicles for towing, making it convenient to transfer between different camping sites.
- By Sewage Treatment Method: There are water-flushing, non-water-flushing suction, or dry-packing types. Water-flushing portable toilets offer an experience closer to that of indoor toilets but require a water source; non-water-flushing suction types use a suction device to treat excrement; dry-packing types directly pack the excrement for easy subsequent treatment. They have strong environmental adaptability and do not require additional water sources or complex equipment.
