Images of Building Roof Prefabrication Methods
Currently, images of building roof prefabrication methods cannot be directly provided, but the construction methods and processes of related prefabricated roofs can be introduced.

Prefabricated Panel Roof Construction
Prefabricated panels were a commonly used floor form in early 20th-century buildings. They are processed and molded into prefabricated components with specific specifications and shapes from concrete in a prefabrication yard using specific molds and production processes. In roof construction, these prefabricated floors are directly transported to the construction site for installation. During installation, it is necessary to ensure tight and stable connections between the prefabricated panels, usually by welding, bolt connection, or binding with reserved steel bars, to ensure the integrity and safety of the roof structure. However, the use of prefabricated panel roof construction methods has gradually decreased in modern buildings because their integrity and seismic performance are relatively inferior to those of cast-in-place roofs.
Cast-in-Place Roof Construction
Cast-in-place roof construction is a relatively common roof construction method that uses steel bars and concrete to build the roof. During construction, a steel formwork support structure must first be erected. This structure must have sufficient strength and stability to withstand the weight of the concrete and steel bars during construction, as well as the operational loads of construction personnel. Next, double-layered intersecting steel bars are laid to form a framework. The specifications, spacing, and binding methods of the steel bars must strictly adhere to design requirements to ensure that the steel bar framework can effectively bear various loads on the roof. Then, concrete pouring work is carried out. During pouring, attention must be paid to the vibration and compaction of the concrete to avoid quality defects such as honeycombs and pitted surfaces. After the concrete solidifies and reaches the designed strength, the formwork is removed, thus completing the construction of the cast-in-place roof.
Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Parapet Construction
The construction process of a prefabricated reinforced concrete parapet includes a series of steps such as the installation of prefabricated exterior wall panels on the roof. When installing prefabricated exterior wall panels on the roof, it is necessary to ensure the perpendicularity and flatness of the exterior wall panels and fix them to the roof structure using appropriate connection methods. After that, the construction of the prefabricated reinforced concrete part of the parapet is carried out, including processes such as the binding of steel bars, the installation of formwork, and the pouring of concrete. Similarly, it is necessary to ensure that the construction quality meets relevant standards and specifications.
