Box-Type Mobile Toilet Solution

Admin September 28, 2026

The box-type mobile toilet is a public sanitation facility reconstructed based on the characteristics of standardized industrial modules, featuring mobility, convenience, environmental protection, and hygiene. It is suitable for temporary or fluctuating demand scenarios.

Structure and Design

The main body adopts a welded steel structure frame or metal frame to meet the strength requirements for frequent movement and lifting. Some models are repurposed from retired industrial containers, achieving material recycling. The top of the box is equipped with a chimney structure (dimensions 6254mm) to expel treated gases and ensure internal air circulation.

Specifications and Dimensions

Common standard dimensions include 10000×3000×2591mm, 1300×3600×2591mm, etc., adopting standardized container dimensions to support rapid lifting and assembly, adapting to different site requirements. The capacity parameter is 45 people per use, meeting peak demand for small to medium-sized events.

Internal Systems

  • Water Supply System: Relies on built-in water storage tanks, supplied through pressure devices. Some models are equipped with water-saving fixtures, reducing water consumption per use by 30% compared to traditional public toilets.
  • Sewage System: Achieves on-site treatment or temporary storage of waste through sealed collection containers or connection to small-scale biochemical treatment units; some models use water flushing and direct discharge, flushing waste into septic tanks or municipal sewage networks through high-pressure water flow.
  • Power Supply: Diversified configuration, in addition to mains electricity, compatible with solar panels or silent generators; some models are equipped with a 220V power supply system to support the operation of blowers, lighting, and other equipment, with a low power consumption design of 25410Wh per day.

Functional Features

  • Environmental Performance: Uses microbial degradation or membrane filtration processes to treat sewage, reducing environmental pollution; some models have an incineration function (45kg per day) to handle combustible materials such as tissue paper, reducing disposal costs.
  • Hygiene Maintenance: Uses easy-to-clean materials and dead-angle-free structures, with service management relying on systematic leasing and maintenance agreements, including regular cleaning and disinfection, consumable replenishment, and equipment inspection.
  • Safety Design: Built-in overload protection device (parameter 2546204) automatically cuts off abnormal current, with a theoretical service life of up to 5240 usage cycles.

Usage Scenarios and Operational Points

Suitable for large-scale events, temporary construction sites, tourist attractions, concerts, and other scenarios where traditional sewage networks are difficult to cover. Deployment does not require foundation construction, only a flat ground and access to water and electricity. Regular checks of the septic tank liquid level, maintaining ventilation, and prohibiting the dumping of large debris to prevent pipe blockages are necessary.

Leasing Model

Replaces one-time fixed asset investment with periodic service payments, where users only need to pay fees based on usage duration and specifications, without bearing the costs of equipment procurement, maintenance, and disposal, lowering the usage threshold and transferring technical operation and maintenance risks.
