Box-type Mobile Toilet Parameters
The parameters of box-type mobile toilets mainly include three categories: dimensions, facility configurations, and technical specifications, as detailed below:

Dimensional Parameters
Standard dimensions are available in two container sizes: 20-foot and 40-foot. The 20-foot container measures 6.06 meters in length, 2.44 meters in width, and 2.59 meters in height; the 40-foot high-cube container measures 12.19 meters in length, 2.44 meters in width, and 2.89 meters in height. Additionally, there are custom non-standard sizes, such as 6.5 meters in length, 3.5 meters in width, and 3.1 meters in height, with a standard single toilet cubicle size of 1100mm × 1200mm × 2550mm. The interior ceiling height is typically 0.1-0.15 meters lower than the exterior to reduce a sense of confinement during use.
Facility Configuration Parameters
Core sanitary fixtures include toilet systems (direct-flush, vacuum toilet, or ceramic squat/sit toilets, some equipped with automatic flush sensors), stainless steel or ceramic sinks (with hot and cold water mixing taps), and sensor-activated urinals in men's restrooms or large restrooms. Auxiliary functional facilities include LED moisture-proof lighting, powerful exhaust fans, anti-fog mirrors, stainless steel hooks, shelves, and toilet paper holders; the floor is made of slip-resistant and waterproof PVC or epoxy flooring, and the walls are constructed from integrated fiberglass or high-strength metal panels; in cold regions, thermal insulation layers and electric heaters or warm air blowers are standard. Extended configurations include barrier-free facilities (such as widened doors, low-positioned sinks, and specialized toilets), smart systems (automatic soap dispensers, hand dryers, smart toilet seats, remote monitoring systems), and integrated sewage collection tanks (with liquid level alarms) for use in areas without sewage disposal facilities.
Technical Parameters
The power supply specification is AC220V, 50HZ, with a typical circulation capacity of 35-50 users (specific values vary depending on the toilet type and configuration). For specific types (such as packaged mobile toilets), parameters such as bag travel distance, squat toilet dimensions, collection tank dimensions, bag wheel diameter, and degradation bag diameter are also involved, directly affecting equipment operational efficiency and maintenance cycles. For example, the bag travel distance determines the frequency of bag replacement, the collection tank size affects the maximum number of single-use users, and the degradation bag diameter must match the equipment model to ensure a proper seal.
