Box-type Mobile Toilet for Construction Sites
Box-type mobile toilets have a wide and diverse range of applications at construction sites and can be customized according to different needs.

I. Common Specifications and Structures The commonly used box-type mobile toilets at construction sites include square-tube box toilets that are 3 meters wide and 6 meters long. Their overall frames are welded with 10×10, 1.5-millimeter-thick square tubes, ensuring a stable structure. The interior space is usually divided into two parts: the left side is for men's restrooms, and the right side is for women's restrooms, meeting the basic usage needs of construction site personnel. The doors are special ones for box houses, the washbasins are made of ceramic, and the floors are covered with anti-slip floor glue to ensure safety and comfort during use.
II. Customized Functional Design Some construction sites opt for customized 4-unit bathroom box-type mobile toilets, which offer more abundant functions. For example, they include two toilet stalls and two shower stalls, achieving a dry-wet separation and improving usage efficiency. Louvered fans are installed on both sides and the toilet doors to enhance ventilation. The floor platforms are covered with anti-slip aluminum checkered plates, and the bottom main bodies are welded with galvanized square tubes to enhance overall stability and prevent tipping due to wind and other factors. In addition, they are equipped with direct-drain energy-saving flush tanks, washbasins, exhaust fans, energy-saving lighting fixtures, etc., to meet daily usage needs. During cleaning, due to the dry-wet separation design, sanitation maintenance is more convenient, and all connections are treated with waterproof caulking to prevent leakage.
III. Material and Type Selection The materials of mobile toilets at construction sites are diverse, including steel structures, stainless steel, color-coated steel, etc., which can be selected according to the usage environment and budget. In terms of types, in addition to standard mobile toilets, customized eco-friendly toilets and container toilets can also be made. Eco-friendly toilets may adopt water-saving technologies or biodegradation technologies to reduce the impact on the environment. Container toilets utilize the modular characteristics of containers, facilitating transportation and installation.
IV. Flexible Delivery and Installation Methods For domestic construction sites, box-type mobile toilets are usually delivered as finished products. After being hoisted and placed on the ground, they can be used by connecting to water and electricity supplies. For overseas construction sites, due to transportation restrictions, they can be shipped in separate parts and equipped with detailed assembly instructions to ensure that users can complete the installation on their own.
