Binhai County Mobile Toilets
Binhai County has established a comprehensive system that combines a fixed public toilet network with temporary mobile toilet rental services for mobile toilets.

I. Significant Achievements in Fixed Public Toilet Network Construction
Through the "Toilet Revolution," Binhai County has built and put into use a total of 133 public toilets, including 2 first-class public toilets and 131 second-class public toilets, covering major areas of the county. Taking the public toilets in the small parks along the two rivers and four banks as an example, they cover an area of 150 square meters and have well-defined functional zones, including men's and women's restrooms, a third restroom, a reading room, and a rest area for sanitation workers. They feature a new Chinese-style decoration and are managed by dedicated personnel with cleaning conducted at different times of the day to ensure no odors and clean floors around the clock. In addition, most public toilets in the county are equipped with convenience facilities such as automatic paper towel dispensers, shoe shiners, and umbrellas. Some public toilets monitor environmental data (such as temperature, humidity, and air quality) in real-time through electronic large screens to assist cleaning staff in timely maintenance. The installation of public toilet signs further optimizes the efficiency of the public in finding toilets, forming a public toilet service network that is "reasonably laid out, fully functional, and meticulously managed."
II. Mobile Toilet Rental Services Meet Temporary Needs
For temporary scenarios such as construction sites and large-scale events, Binhai County offers a variety of mobile toilet rental services, covering ordinary, luxury, and trailer-type toilets. These mobile toilets have three core advantages:
- Rapid Response and Environmentally Friendly Design: They adopt a modular structure, allowing for quick deployment to designated locations, and are equipped with environmentally friendly facilities such as water-saving flushing systems and biodegradation technology to reduce sewage discharge.
- Customization and Full-Service Support: They can be adjusted in terms of toilet specifications and internal configurations (such as air conditioners and baby changing stations) according to customer needs, and provide full-service support including transportation, installation, maintenance, and recycling to ensure worry-free use.
- Quality Assurance: They are manufactured using high-strength materials to withstand harsh outdoor environments, and regular inspections are conducted to ensure normal equipment operation.
III. Dual Improvement in Intelligent and Refined Management
Binhai County integrates technological means into public toilet management, optimizing resource allocation by displaying real-time data on toilet stall usage and cleaning records through electronic large screens; cleaning staff operate according to a "scheduled cleaning + all-day patrol" model to ensure public toilet hygiene standards are met. The mobile toilet rental service achieves functions such as order tracking and fault reporting through a digital platform, improving service response speed.
In conclusion, Binhai County has built a widely covered, multifunctional, and efficient public toilet system through the coordinated layout of fixed and mobile toilets, combined with intelligent management methods, providing convenience for residents and temporary demand groups.
